This bungalow complex lies 1 km from the heart of Maspalomas. Guests will find a range of restaurants, bars and nightlife spots within 800 m of the establishment, and the local beach is also around 800 metres away. The local bus stop is right on the hotel's doorstep, and the popular resort of Playa del Inglés can be reached in 5 min via public transport. Gran Canaria Airport is approximately 35 km from the accommodation.

Facility

A private atmosphere awaits guests in 199 bungalows. The friendly staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. Valuables can be stored securely and conveniently in the safe. Wireless internet access (no extra charge) is provided in public areas. The bungalow complex has wheelchair-accessible facilities. The grounds of the complex feature a playground and a lovely garden. Further services include a babysitting service, a childcare service, an alarm call service, a laundry service, a hairdresser, a coin-operated laundry, a hotel doctor and a hotel shuttle bus. Rooms

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning, individually adjustable heating and a fan. The rooms have a double bed and a sofa bed. Separate bedrooms are available. For the littlest travellers, children's beds can be provided at no extra charge. Valuables can be securely stored in a safe. The kitchenette comes with a refrigerator. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels and WiFi (for a fee) are provided as well. A hairdryer and a vanity mirror are provided in the bathrooms, which include a shower. As an extra convenience, bathrooms provide cosmetic products.

Sport

Whether in need of rest and relaxation or more activity, guests can swim a few lengths of one of the 3 outdoor pools, while children have a special swimming area just for them. Guests can treat themselves to refreshing drinks at the poolside snack bar and a relaxing soak in the hot tub. A terrace with sun loungers and parasols is available. The complex offers an extensive outdoor sport and leisure programme, which includes bocce, volleyball, basketball and Nordic walking. For a fee, guests can also enjoy cycling/mountain biking and tennis. Guests can partake in various water sports, including snorkelling and aquafit. In addition, diving is offered for a fee. The complex offers numerous indoor sports, including a gym, table tennis and darts or, for a fee, billiards. There is a wellness area with a spa, a sauna, a beauty salon and massage treatments. Subject to charge: a steam bath. Leisure facilities include a kids' club, a kids' disco and live music.

Meals

Various dining options are available, including a non-smoking restaurant, a dining room and a bar. All-inclusive is offered as a catering option. A delicious and varied buffet awaits guests at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Diet meals, gluten-free meals and lactose-free food can be prepared on request. In addition, special catering options, picnics and snacks are available. The show cooking is a particularly special attraction. For guests, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included.

    The complex with bungalows is quite beautifully designed and maintained. Far from the shot and not for city bums. Small build people and non-swimmers not recommended as the pool area - except for the toddler pool - is deeper than 155 cm. In the complex there is no shop, a small supermarket is within walking distance around the complex. AI services in the only restaurant are extensive but not enough for specialty lovers. The pool bar offers AI drinks, mostly self-service, only from vending machines. Beer, wine and non-alcoholic beverages as well. Hand-mixed drinks are only available for cash of 3€ upwards.     This is an All Inclusive Hotel that is built for a certain cliente, mostly germans and the British. If one is looking for a real 4 star hotel experience, this hotel (and maybe the whole Maspalomas and/or Gran Canaria) is not the right place. Even though booking sites and even the hotel name shows "4 stars", it is definitely not. Officially, it is a 3 star hotel. But that being said, my partner and I had a great time here, and we actually extended a 2 week vacation with an extra week here. The employees of this hotel are definitely their best asset, specially the restaurant and bar team (with special thanks to Sebastian, Jose Manuel and Aida), and all the ladies who keep the bungalows clean. They are all very pleasant and friendly, and one feel always welcome by them. Thank you! The grounds of this bungalow complex are very beautiful, super well kept and very peaceful. The bungalows are practical and comfortable, and one has all the privacy one needs in them, while enjoying beautiful views of the greenery, plants, cactuses and trees right outside every one's windows. The food, always buffet style is quite good. There are days the offerings are not to everyones taste, but they have enough choices so one always find something yummy, in every meal. We had some very good meals here. The drink offerings are quite reduced, and most of it only with house brands, but we managed to find what we liked. If you find your drink too weak, or maybe too strong, just tell them how you like it and they will prepare it for you, always with a smile. The beer (San Miguel) is good, Aperol Spritz is made with real Aperol, and the Gin&Tonics, even though made with house brand gin, were ok. They also serve Cava (Spanish sparkling wine, or Sekt for Germans) that is quite good. We visited during December 2020, while escaping the cold and lockdown in Germany, and because of the Covid19, the hotel was very empty, which may have been one of the reasons we really like it so much. The hotel had the most 140 guests at one point (full would be about 600), and we loved the peace and quiet. We might not have liked it as much if it was full, but that was our experience, and we liked it a lot. Thank you for the great time, for the friendly restaurant, bar and maid service, and also thank you to Lara, the German Hostess. Hotel offers a HORRIBLE free Wi-Fi Connection. They know it. They offer a "paid" wifi, but we learned is just as slow. Reception staff could try harder to be more accommodating and more helpful.

    Let's get the OK stuff out of the way first: accomodation is OK, cleanliness is even more than OK, food is OK (but certainly can use a local boost), service is OK. ... 3 reasons to give this a "poor" instead of a "terrible" rating.But absolutely the worst part is that everything, and I mean everything is in German! Flyers, intake meeting by travel agency, writings on the food counters, entertainment staff, local travel agent representation... the lot!I speak 5 languages fluently, Spanish being one of them... German unfortunately isn't. Even the Spanish personnel was so in the habit of talking to Germans that they would first start a conversation in German with you. The local travel agent representation was even getting rude as her English nor Spanish were up to par when I asked her the simplest questions.And before I get accused of anything... I hold nothing against the Germans, but if a book a holiday in a hotel in Spain, I do not expect to end up in an almost German-exclusive resort. Other killers: - no free Wifi... 2017... and no free Wifi... even the motels I have stayed in over the last two years offer free Wifi! - all-in... yes, on paper: the house wines are terrible, you need to pay for any other wine, and the included "cocktails" come from a premixed bottle which taste like lemonade. Even for a descent cup of coffee - so not the one from a machine - you need to pay extra.Definitely the wrong pick... there are plenty of other places you want to go to before choosing this one!

    Nice hotel, the bungalow are very nice. The employees are very helpful. Good service. The swimming pool is very clean and big. Very good time with the family. Only one minus: the gym is very small, not so much tolls. Not so much weight to make exercise.I will come again.

    Too touristy with low quality food

    Had my first all inclusive / hotel holiday here. When we arrived, there wasn't even free wifi, which I had so far gotten in even the worst hostels and motels all over the world. That should have warned me. The personell is friendly enough, nothing to complain there. The little bungalows are fine as well. The food meanwhile, marketed as one of the main selling points, is incredibly bland and un(der)-seasoned, the meat generally overcooked and sometimes flat out hard to eat. The tourists here are for the most part either aged 60+ or families with little children, which shows in the atmosphere. Not recommended for young-ish couples and the like at all.
