Lying a stone's throw from links to the public transport and a few paces from the inviting sandy beach that lines the turquoise-blue sea, this apartment complex enjoys a wonderfully convenient, central location at the heart of Playa del Inglés. Plenty of shopping venues, scores of restaurants, bars and entertainment venues are to be found in the vicinity.

Facility

The apartment hotel has 255 rooms, including 85 double rooms, which are located on 6 storeys and are reachable by lift. English- and German-speaking staff at the 24-hour reception desk are happy to answer any questions. A baggage storage service, a safe and a drinks machine are available. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel offers various facilities for guests with disabilities.     It was a great location. Easy access to Playa del ingles. The apartment had a well equipped kitchen with pots, cutlery,cups..etc. It had kettle, microwave...The room itself was comfortable and clean. The pool was a great addition. All staff was friendly and helpful. Supermarket and many restaurants are within short walking distance.

    Great apartment in a great location for the Yumbo and Maspalomas

    Apartment was great - good condition.5 minute walk to Maspalomas promenade and 10 mins to Yumbo.We had a 2nd floor room with a balcony that had its own access to the pool.The staff were lovely, apartment cleaned regular and there was nothing to complain about.Literally a 2 minute walk from a supermarket and from the Kasbah centre.We would certainly stay here again

    Stayed for one week mid September, found the hotel ideally situated for bothe beach and shopping centres. Room was a good size and looked over the pool. Reception was manned 24/7, the blonde haired young lady on reception was quite fun, once you found her level. Tge gentleman serving at the pool side bar always had time for a chat, nice guy. You could do a lot worse than this for the cost, no issues or complaints at all.

    Never more. This hotel or apartments is the worst we have been. For people that doesn't smoke is bad. Everyone smokes here everywhere and every time. You can't relax in the balkong or the pool. It will be smoke from cigarr or even maria all the time. And the room waoooo you can hear everything from everyone moving anything on the hotel. And the Wifi doesn't work inside the room! Ohly in balkong sometimes. Because they got only 2 wifi-routers on the roof of the hotel for every body.

    Great Value No frills Clean And Friendly Hotel

    First impression wasnt great as they demanded £50 euros deposit in cash and after our awful cramped and exhausting ryan air flight we then had to go off searching for a cash machine. Still no idea what it was for as they gave it back when we were going without checking the room. then they gave us keycards and when we got to the room it turned out to need a normal key!There were a couple of rust stains in the shower tray which didnt look great, the sockets were a bit loose in the wall and i cut myself on a razor sharp piece of metal on the dining chair where the welding had come away.There is no air con but they lent us a fan which was a big relief.Apart from these niggles it was a nice spacious apartment, we were lucky enough to have a sea view which i dont think many others had, although they all overlook the pool and have big balconies with tables and chairs- the doves come onto the balconies and let you hand feed them! Unfortunately they do allow smoking on the balconies which stinks out everyone elses apartments. it was clean and tidy and excellent value, its a fairly small hotel so you will get to know all the staff who are all very helpful and very friendly. There is a nice pool but it is not open early morning or in the evenings.All in all for the amount we paid it was extremely good value and the location is great for both the beach and the yumbo centre.I did get three teenagers trying to mug me as i was coming back to the hotel at night though, so be careful! other than that everyone in the resort is really friendly
