  A stay I'll never forget

  Noku, front desk clerk in the day on May 2nd and May 3rd, was very friendly and professional. She had all the information that I needed for my stay :) The hotel room was bigger than I expected - in a pleasant way :) Super clean room. It smelled clean. Very comfortable as well. Loved that room! A lady (I didn't get her name) worked the evening of May 2nd. She was super nice and friendly stating that my son's cake, that the hotel was giving to him as it was his 14th birthday, was still in their kitchen. I explained he was out with friends at the moment, but it was 8pm or so in the evening. I really appreciated the fact that "no one" forgot about the cake for my son. That made my stay even more special. And, I felt like my son and I were important, not just a number or "another customer". Thank you!!

  Best hotel experience EVER

  Amazing experience. Me and my partner haven't had a date night in a long time, and we are so glad we chose to stay at comfort inn bayers lake. Everyone was friendly (especially the sweet lady at the front desk), the room we got was amazing, hot breakfast included (delicious!!!) 24/7 hot coffee (fantastic!! We are early risers) heated pool & sauna, workout room, all made me feel like I didnt want to leave! The atmosphere was so positive, happy, welcoming. We got the feeling that everyone really really cares about the guests, and thats what we wanted. The price we paid for one night was 10000% worth every penny ! Our room was sparkling clean, there was no noise at all when we were in our room, and walking around we could hear the laughter of some kids having a grand old time! Its attached to an amazing restaurant (the rouge) and the vibe there was great and the food was AMAZING. Must try the chocolate cake with espresso cream!!! It was easy to get to and it right next to a wendys, with other restaurants so close as well. How perfect is that?! This is our new favorite spot and we cant wait to take our kids next time :) the only regret i have is not coming sooner!!! Can't wait to be back, thank you everyone for running an amazing hotel and being so kind !!!

  I don't usually leave any reviews but when someone goes above and beyond it should not go unnoticed. Jess and Nimfa helped out with my reservation. I had an emergency back home and had to leave early. Jess made things happen for me. She is the kind of person that understands customer service. My wife and I thank her very much for her understanding customer needs. Great hotel i will definitely be back.Regards Jean Cantin

  Absolute exceptional stay at Comfort Hotel Bayers Lake. Medical appointments brought me here and to my surprise it was a wonderful stay. Hotel, rooms are clean and quiet. Staff are womderful and so friendly, especially Jess at front reception counter. Breakfast buffet is superb, right down to the make-your-own waffles, ready made batter and hot griddle. Swimming pool was toasty warm and clean. Fitness center available with free parking and a lounge and restaurant attached to this hotel.   We stayed at this hotel for the first time in March 2026 for one night due to a medical appointment at an eye clinic located close to the hotel in Bayers Lake.We we surprised by the high quality of the hotel. The reception staff were outstanding and Room 417 could not have been better. The room was clean, quiet and well furnished. The staff was extremely friendly and the free morning breakfast was very good . Parking was free and we only paid $177 for one day. We will certainly be back.
