This apartment complex has a peaceful location just 100 m from the lively beach promenade and a short distance from the fine sand beach (250 m). An abundance of shops and entertainment centres such as Sandia and Cita are located in the immediate vicinity. It is just 150 metres to the nearest bus stop and there is a taxi rank approximately 150 m away.

Facility

62 studios and 6 double rooms are located on 2 storeys and can be reached by lift. The multilingual staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. The apartment hotel provides a safe, a car hire service, medical assistance, a transfer service and a laundry service. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Parking facilities available to guests include a garage and a car park. Great place, so close to the beach.I am very thankful for the help I got from the Manager/Stuff.Everything was soo good and I enjoyed my holidays. I am sure I'm gonna come back to Dolores apartments

we have stayed here many times,,and since block 3 having the upgrades we stay here...modern light and airy...the pool ares are the quietest we have ever stayed at..no fighting for sunbeds here as most people are on the rooftop in the nude..very liberal...the 2 spanish men on reception are fairly friendly..BUT the young man i think he is prob German ..is sooo rude and arrogent..very unfriendly..lets the whole place down ..shame..

Simply scandalous and rude service from the young man at the reception who barely was able to speak English.As a booking genius client I asked an early check in, then the director responded me trough booking confirming this before my arrival, guess what? I arrived at the hotel at 1pm and the room wasn’t ready, I had to wait till 2:30 pm, the receptionist only told me: “Room is not ready and there is nothing I can do”, in a very arrogant way.Also the room description on booking website was with the safe included, but they asked me €20 extra.The room cleaning were very superficial for all our stay, never swipe of mop properly, in the corners was still dusty and dirty, they never cleaned the plates and cutlery which I would have cleaned by myself if only they provided sponge and soap.Very bad customer service, I’ll never go back there.

Pretty much mirror all the other positive reviews. I read many before about block 3 and was hoping that was where we were and luckily, that was the case. Clean and modern, like it has just been updated. Location great, very central. No more than 30 steps the beachfront albeit be mindful that you have to walk down a fair few steps (and back up obviously) to get to sea level. 3 pools there which were very clean. So so quiet it’s great for relaxing. Not sure whether it was the time of year or not (we went end of July) but the resort generally felt very dated. Like a lot hasn’t changed since I went over 20 years ago as a child which is a shame. Food very cheap and pretty good on the beach front but lacked variety and was a struggle for my veggie girlfriend to be honest. They have 3/4 plazas/shopping areas that are also bars later on but not one was that busy. It’s like it needs to concentrate on making one of them good. Yumbo probably the best. Shenanigans is a great family pub, disco karaoke and quiz’s etc. No social media presence in playa Del Ingles either. So have no idea of what’s going on or coming up. But this holiday was about getting away with the whole family and it was a nice break away in the sun. Places we visited and recommend. Costa - Italian food. Very good. We went twice. Mono Shisha bar- lovely chilled vibe, good cocktails. Sparkles show bar - great fun Divinity karaoke bar - Was our main late night spot. Kids welcomeAtelier cocktail bar - just wow. Roof top bar with great views and cocktails. Pricey so it’s a treat but highly recommend. Sahara beach bar - good for cocktailsMeloneras beach - Hire bikes and get out there! Lovely little resort to get away to a quieter beach. (Bikes from Bici Bike. Cute ones) Anyway, I would definitely stay here again but make sure I got the more modern rooms. My only criticism would be that it would be great to have a little bar there. Or even just a drinks machine. Plenty of space for them to. Maybe that’s on the next phase of renovation.

Adults only, 250 feet from beach for that price never ! Well it was 😀3 buildings 3 small pools, but all you need to cool down. A 5 min walk from bars & restaurants and beach. We had a ground floor studio, it was very basic in its kitchen utensils & pans, but bed was very comfy, pillows not good though. Shower good towels changed regularly. Free fan in room circulated the air at night, so slept well. Will go back, if we revisit the area which is highly likely
