This complex is located in a side street approximately 500 m from the beach. An array of shops and entertainment attractions are located in the immediate vicinity, including countless shops, restaurants and bars. The beach may be reached on foot in just a few minutes.

Facility

30 apartments are located on 5 storeys and can be reached by a lift. English-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. Services and facilities include a safe, a car hire service, a transfer service, a laundry service, a coin-operated laundry and a smoke alarm. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The apartment complex has wheelchair-accessible facilities. The grounds of the complex feature a playground and a lovely garden. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park. Services include a hotel shuttle bus. Guests can also use the bicycle storage facilities.

    This is the 7th time we have stayed here.This time we booked a 2 bed apartment so we could have 2 bathrooms, & 2 Toilets!Apartment as previous, was tidy, well equipped, but oh so dated. The bed was comfortable, but the sofa is not at all comfortable.Reception Staff are very helpful, & apparently there will be refurbishment after Easter 2026, let's hope so as the place certainly needs it. Let's hope they put in showers instead of the current slippy baths, as Mrs B slipped & fell out the bath, & when we told the Receptionist about the broken shower rail she offered us a bath mat, better late than never. So hopefully the place gets its refurbishment & earns a 5☆ review next time.

    Avoid at all cost. No wonder this hotel had 5 people around the pool every day since being here most days there was only 2 or 3 people around the pool. We a family of 4 were the only ones in the pool the whole week. Let remember this hotel is SELF CATERING with a small pool bar. The menu is way overpriced for a bowl of pasta 14.95. The kids got out of the pool and came to have a brioche each and 4 staff were on us like flies. Demanding we do not let the kids wat the brioche. Yet u can eat food and drinks purchased at the bar. Am I missing something here when u pay and have already done ur food shop as they do not have restaurants onsite only a pool bar. The staff were so ignorant and we felt so intimated. All for kids havin a brioche. Please please avoid this hotel we have been to many other hotels and never ever a problem. The hotel is not busy and I now understand why. Staff are ignorant and we have not had a nice experience in this hotel. Do yourselves a favour and spend ur hard earned money somewhere else

    Nice resort, apartment was spacious and could see some of sea from balcony. , reception staff very helpful, near bus stop and Aldi,s and short walk into las Giantess. Liked swimming pool although across the road. Would have liked more entertainment, did support entertainment on two nights when it was on and also the paella lunch.

    Pleasantly surprised my main floor unit still had a view with a balcony. No real AC on the top floor but didn't really need it when opening up all shutters/windows. May be a tough sleep if using the pullout on that floor - would maybe need a fan.They need new shower curtains as the material sort of sticks to you in the small shower space. Considering that's the only real issue I was very pleased. Hotel staff was friendly and I arrived late due to a delayed flight so I was happy to see security immediately let me in and check me in giving me a key and telling me where my place was.Restaurant staff aren't as quick as North America hospitality but anyone travelling in Spain should be used to a less urgent/more relaxed system.Would be hard to sleep in that bed for longer than 7 nights. Again not a major fault considering how nice the area is.

    Rooms where amazing the pool was great kids loved it but the people who run the snack bar are by far the cheekiest people I've meet
