  Hi This was a last minute booking that was made through Ice lolly.com. which found that love holidays was the cheapest.Flights were with TUI. Transfers were with love holidays.We stayed at LunaOasis Apt’s. We had a 2 bedroom Apt, self Catering for 7 days from 6th October 2025. Overall, flights, transfer & and Apt’s were good - no concerns.We arrived at LunaOasis Apts when we was dropped off we did find alittle difficulty finding the reception; the reception is down the road past the supermarket. On arrival at reception there was a gentleman who gave us our room key and walked us down the road to our room & helped us with our suitcases. ROOM: Our room was on the first floor no:4. The room was spacious & clean, 1 room with double bed, 1 room with 2 single beds, nice size kitchenette with a hob cooker & a big fridge freezer, microwave, toaster & a dining table & 4 chairs & plenty of utensils. Both bedrooms had good wardrobe/draw space & floor to ceiling mirrors. The bathroom was really nice;with a walk in shower. The air con, safe in the bedroom & wi-fi was all free. In addition, there were complimentary bottles of water & wine in the fridge. The only negative about the Apt was that the TV had no English channels, the Wi-fi was not great, there was no oven/grill and no welcome pack. Also, we never saw a cleaner; our bed was changed once, with towels/ room clean being done sparingly - this was poor & could be improved. POOL - The pool was very quirky; it was about 30m walk down the road from our room & you have to use a fob to enter the pool area. The pool was very private and quiet. The pool was Small - there were 13 sun-beds surrounding the pool. The pool is not suitable for children. HOTEL SURROUNDINGS- The apartments are in a very good spot; they are literally over the road from the beach, supermarkets, shops, bars & restaurants. Yumbo shop centre is about 8 euro there. Same as the tropical & Cita shop centre; all worth a visit. OVERALL - We would definitely stay at LunaOasis apts again.RECOMMENDATIONIt would be good if the apts had a welcome pack on arrival/ or placed in their room; just to give customers basic details - such as what the Wi-Fi password is, list any entertainment (if any), emergency numbers for doctor, available trips, bus times, pool open times - the above information just gives the customer an idea of what is going on in/out hotel and adds a nice touch when customers arrive.

  Fantastic location in Meloneras. Ideal for restaurants and bars along the beach. The accommodation is basic but provides everything needed. Reception staff catered for every need and were very hospitable. Our accommodation had a small plunge pool outside and a seating area. Overall, a very pleasant stay with everything you need for a beach, pool and running trip ✌️

  We have just returned from our second visit to the Dunaoasis complex and have already booked for our third visit.. OK it is not 5 star but it is perfectly adequate if a little dated. The apartments have been clean and tidy, nothing plush but you get value for money.The location is superb, 50m from the beach, the apartments are quiet and there are shops and restaurants close by. It is a 10 minute walk to the bigger shops and shopping arcade, there is a small supermarket 2 minutes from the apartments to get your essentials.The staff are excellent and if you do have a problem it is sorted out quickly. We spend most of our time on the beach, we always come back to hot showers something you dont always get in more expensive places.We have found that booking direct gets you a very good price.We are more than satisfied with the apartments as long as you are not expecting top of the range. We are back there in May, cant wait.

  the shower leaked and the bracket was almost falling off. the beds are possibly the most uncomfortable cheap thing I've ever slept on, resulting in constant neck pain. the shower leaks which then directs into the bedroom. the kitchen is underequipped to even make breakfast. also not that it is by any means the fault of the hotel but remember to pack mosquito repellent, you get eaten alive as it's so close to the lake. would never book again
