Location

This resort is perfectly located near leisure options including restaurants, bars and shops, as well as the marina and the beach. These can be reached on foot as the resort is right in the centre of Puerto Rico. Gran Canaria Airport is about 45 km away.

Facility

Guests can enjoy the pleasant ambience of one of the 20 rooms. English-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. To ensure guests a comfortable and relaxing stay, the apartment complex provides various services and facilities, including a cloakroom, a baggage storage service, a car hire service and medical assistance. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Parking spaces are available to guests travelling by car (no extra charge).

Rooms

Rooms feature a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom. A fan ensures comfortable temperatures. A balcony or terrace is among the standard features in the rooms. A spa and solarium are available in the wellness area. A dance club and a nightclub are also options for entertainment.

    Bright, cozy apartments with an incredible sea breeze. Everything was spotless and just steps from the beach. Simply amazing!     The apartments are clean and tidy, well kept too during our weeks stay.Location is good situated between beach and shopping/restaurants area, but certainly not 150m from the beach as described? realistically it's a steady 5-7min walk to beach and a bit less to shops etc. Very good as next to bus transportation hub but this means it can be quite noisy at night as so close to road. With doors closed it's ok.BUT note there is NO Air-conditioning, we didn't pick up on this at booking time, so as the temperature rose during the week the room temp was not good for sleeping meaning we had to open windows to let air circulate through, which in turn let in the road noise ALL Night and also the Mozzies, so we were bitten a lot!This did spoil our week unfortunately, such a shame as this place does have a lot going for it.Other things of note... it says it has hair dryers so we packed light only to find they only had one hair dryer that was already loaned out lol, so bring your own if neededAlso as it's very secret, when you arrive the only way to get is by calling a mobile number and waiting for them to turn up, not good if you don't have battery power in your mobile! Luckily other guests happened to be returning from their night out and let us in and called the mobile reception for us.WiFi not working very good either,only works by pool, but I had plenty of data luckily.So it is potentially very good depending on how hot the weather is, but some things need improving for sure. This approach allows us to adapt comfort according to the season and individual guest preferences, and our team is always available to assist during the stay.As for noise, the complex is located in a lively tourist area with good access to public transport, shops, and restaurants. This central location is one of its main advantages in terms of convenience, although it may involve some environmental activity at certain times. Nevertheless, the apartments are designed to minimise this impact when doors and windows are closed.Regarding mosquitoes, being in a warm coastal environment, their presence can occur occasionally depending on the season, which is common in the area. We recommend controlled ventilation at night to balance comfort and rest.Concerning the hair dryer, this service is available upon request at reception, as it is not placed in all units by default. We take note of your experience to improve availability during peak demand periods.Regarding the arrival process, the telephone-assisted access system is designed to allow flexible check-in outside reception hours, although we will internally review the clarity of the pre-arrival information to make the arrival experience even smoother.Finally, regarding the WiFi, it is available in the common areas and may be occasionally affected by occupancy levels or high usage.     I booked it through On the Beach and, to be honest, got quite a good deal without much effort. Took the public bus from the airport like people suggested. It was easier than expected, a bit slow maybe,but fine and cheap.I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I ended up having a really good time without spending much. The apartments are simple, nothing fancy, but clean enough and comfortable. It all just worked, really.
