Location

Centrally located, just 300 m from the Cita shopping centre and very close to the dunes, these simple but comfortable apartments are close to an array of shops and nightlife in Playa del Inglés. The nearest links to the public transport system are just 400 m away, the centre of San Fernando is a 5-minute drive away and the Gran Canaria International Airport is approximately 35 km from the apartments.

Facility

The apartment complex has 112 apartments, which are located on 6 storeys and are reachable by lift. English- and German-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. A baggage storage service, a safe, a TV room, a playroom, a laundry service, a coin-operated laundry and a smoke alarm are available. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The complex has wheelchair-accessible facilities. Guests of the complex can enjoy various recreational facilities, including the garden, during their stay. Parking facilities available to guests include a garage (for a fee) and a car park. A bicycle hire service provides all the necessary equipment for exploring the surrounding area.

Rooms

    If you eat hala food. Not a great place to go. No halal food on the whole island.Other than that it was ok. Meals out are quite expensive. More expensive than the UK. Average per head £30 and that for takeaways. I would not recommend if you are young. Alot of older people.

    Just back from a really enjoyable stay at these apartments, I booked on a B&B basis, and the breakfast was excellent Very clean and fresh, and a great welcome Location is right next to RIU Palace, so that was handy in terms of saying to taxis where drop you offWill return

    Just back from a 15 night stay. Managed to get a very good price and found it to be great value. I had one ot the apartments that had not been refurbished so was a bit dated but perfectly suitable for what I wanted. Pluses were: great water pressure in the shower, friendly staff, clean, on site supermarket, great location for the beach, quiet area, reasonably well equipped and easy to get anywhere in playa.Cons: Hobs were poor could hardly boil water and then took forever to do so luckily I took travel kettle, pillows were awful, sliding doors to balcony rattled with the wind.Looked into a refurbished apartment and the looked really Good, very modern and bright.Would stay again, ask for upper floors

    Apartment complex style which is perfectly situated near almost everything! Bus stops, beach, restaurants etc. Good choice if you're looking for something a bit above basic as it also have a few kitchen equipments as well though we never got to use it

    The only redeeming feature of this hotel is a heated pool. Otherwise it would have received a one-star "Horrible" rating from me. It doesn't have a restaurant or even a place that serves breakfast, it is undergoing renovations that have seemingly been going on for months, and the sound insulation is Absolutely TERRIBLE. All in all a run-down dump of a place.
