Location

This apartment complex is located at the heart of Playa del Inglés on the beautiful, diversified island of Gran Canaria. Nowhere else is more beautiful scenery to be found than on this island where rock massifs interchange with desert-like areas and tropical vegetation. Kasbah shopping and entertainment centre is just 100 m away and offers guests a diversity of restaurants, bars and street cafés. There is a wide sandy beach just along the coast and lies 370 m away. The airport is approximately 20 km from the complex.

Facility

The complex welcomes guests in a 5-storey building with a lift and 32 apartments. The reception desk is open round the clock. Services and facilities include a safe, a currency exchange service, medical assistance, a laundry service and a coin-operated laundry. Internet access is available to guests in public areas. The complex offers a number of facilities for guests with disabilities. There are a number of shops as well. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Dogs barking day and night !

Dogs in ground floor apartment 106, barking, barking, barking. Day and night.. Disturbing sleep. Disturbing the peace by the pool. Also quite often dog faeces on that terrace.. That terrace looks like a rubbish dumpSteps into pool are unsafe ! Not enough steps, the gap between last rung and the floor of the pool, is too high. Making it extremely difficult to get in/out, of the pool

very good place very friendly stuff cleaners so lovely nice ,they do perfect job we are rugular couple and alwys stay same hotel every year ,swiming pool is so nice im feeling like at home ,reception guys so lovely and friendly.i would definetley stai again this year.

Really great value. Comfortable. Clean. Great balcony. Clean pool. Quiet. Towels cleaned daily. Location brilliant. Close to beach. Great cafe opposite and supermarket. Expected as budget. No kettle, iron or hairdryer. Only 2 keys for 3 single men. Would recommend for value for money accommodation.

My partner and I booked here for a long weekend for our anniversary. Reception staff are really nice. The apartment is great with a separate bedroom and a good sized bathroom. The kitchen is great, with good quality cooking utensils and a microwave and coffee machine. The balcony is great with a washing line which is really handy. Didn’t use the beds beside the pool but they looked decent. I feel guilty about knocking a star off, but the amount of hot water you get is the only let down, you get only a few minutes before it goes cold, then you have to wait until it heats up again, so we both couldn’t have a shower in the morning and I found it hard to wash my hair in such a short time. The water situation aside, this is a great bargain place to stay, which is cleaned very well. It’s quiet and very close to beach and yumbo.

The apparments are very basic and close to the run down Metro centre, so a bit of a trek to the yumbo and Cita centre. The prices are dearer than better appointed appartments closer to decent restaurants and night life.
