Location

This apartment complex is situated in the south of the island of Gran Canaria, which enjoys a good climate the whole year round. Countless thalasso therapy centres as well as medical services are to be found nearby. It is only a couple of minutes from restaurants and bars. Links to the public transport network, the beach and the centre are all situated within 800 m of the complex. It is approximately 1.5 km to the water park, while Gran Canaria Airport lies some 57 km from the hotel.

Facility

51 apartments are located on 2 storeys and can be reached by lift. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. Everyday necessities can be purchased at the supermarket. The grounds of the apartment complex feature a playground and a lovely garden. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Further services include a car hire service, medical assistance, a transfer service, a laundry service, a coin-operated laundry and a hotel shuttle bus. Active guests can make use of the bicycle hire service to explore the surrounding area.

Rooms

The rooms have a kitchen and a bathroom. Adjustable central heating ensures comfortable temperatures. Guests can enjoy the mountain view from a balcony or terrace. The rooms have a double bed and a sofa bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. For self-catering guests, there is a well-equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, stovetop, microwave and tea/coffee station. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels and WiFi provide all the essentials for a comfortable holiday. A hairdryer and a telephone are available in the bathrooms, which are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. For extra comfort in the bathrooms, guests are offered cosmetic products. The complex has family rooms and non-smoking rooms.

Sport

Guests can work out or just relax in the outdoor and indoor pools. Kids can splash about in a special swimming area just for them. A terrace with sun loungers and parasols is available. There are many ways to relax or stay active at the complex, including cycling/mountain biking, golf, a gym, billiards and a solarium.

    Arrived to a building site in front of us pneumatic drilling started at 9am until 5pm every day except Sunday . My grand children were terrified and we needed to move away at these times . Was there for 12 nights complained and got !5% of costs back a joke really . Be sure no work going on before booking this apartment also 186 steps to main road not suitable for older people or young kids. Been coming to Puerto Rico for 40 yrs worst ever experience would not book this apartment again

    Very basic and wouldn't recommend

    Due to a flight cancellation, we had to fine a hotel for 1 night extra. I amnso grateful we didn't have to stay any longer. When we arrived, it aays you have to ring by phone to gain access. Notnso easy when you don't have a phone that can make out going calls. Luckily another guest arrived, so we followed them in. The receptionist was quite unhelpful. The room was shabby, felt grotty and needs maintenance attention. There was an awful smell from the bathroom. We asked for pool towels and were told no, they had run out! WiFi was poor. Many of the sun loungers were broken or torn and this made the poolside look a mess. Only positives... comfy beds and the restaurant on site served us a delicious lunch.     Apartments were as expected, basic and clean. The maids attended regularly with clean towels and bed linen. Some fixtures were showing a bit wear and tear, but nothing major. Unfortunately we must have had one of the few apartments that didn't see much sun, and had no decent view, and the place was busy, so we weren't allowed a change when we asked on arrival. In general it's a quiet area, but if you have noisy neighbours, they may be too close for comfort, like if you land an apartment near the resident Chihuahuas, it may drive you insane with their barking. On our last day we had a medical problem that required a doctor, and the staff were brilliant with their assistance, much appreciated. I would stay here again, if I could guarantee a better terrace with view, and away from barking dogs.     Stay clear of apartment 103F

    The apartments was perfectly situated with a lovely sea view, the staff were all very nice, but the apartment was horrible. Apartment 103F is shabby and run down. It desperately lacks maintenance, general refurbishment and a good spring cleaning. It should NOT be rented out before that is done!
