Location

The complex is situated in Playa del Inglés, 50 metres away from the beach promenade and about 400 metres from shopping and entertainment areas ('Tropical', 'Kasbah' and 'Metro').

Facility

The apartment hotel has a lift and features 30 apartments. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. A baggage storage service, a car hire service, a laundry service, a business centre, a coin-operated laundry and a smoking area are available. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. A number of shops, including a supermarket, are great for shopping or just browsing. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. A garage is available for parking.

Rooms

Rooms feature a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom. A fan ensures comfortable temperatures. Guests have a sea view from the balcony or terrace, which are standard amenities of some rooms. Rooms include a sofa bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Extra beds can be requested. There is also a minibar and, for a fee, a safe. For self-catering guests, there is a well-equipped kitchenette with a stovetop, microwave, tea/coffee station and oven. A telephone, satellite television and WiFi (for a fee) are provided as well. The bathrooms have a shower, a bathtub and a bidet. A hairdryer is also provided. For extra comfort in the bathrooms, guests are offered cosmetic products.

Sport

Guests can enjoy a selection of sport and entertainment options. While the adults swim a few laps in the outdoor pool, children can enjoy splashing about in their own swimming area. Parasols and comfortable sun loungers are available on the sun terrace. There are many ways to relax or stay active at the hotel, including horse riding and a spa. Entertainment options and leisure facilities include a kids' club and a dance club.

    The apartment is ok. We upgraded to a larger one but it was still very smallLift was not working. As we were upstairs we had to carry our cases up 4 flights of stairs plus all our shopping - water etc not ideal. We stayed 10 nights and it was not fixed .No english channels even though they state they have satellite tv was told this was broken as well wasn't cheap. Swimming pool not heated so no point in having one. I didn't feel the staff were helpful. Basic expensive place

    Lovely small complex, spotless well maintained pool area. Pool is cold but fine once you get in, the bubble beds are great! Rooms aren’t huge but big enough (we stayed in a one bed apt), accomodation was clean and kitchen well equipped. Excellent shower although bathroom was boiling hot as the window was nailed shut. Could do with extra pillows and air con otherwise very good. Cross the road and down a path to the prom which leads you to playa del Inglés beach in about 10/15 minutes. There’s a big spar supermarket just around the corner. The road train also goes from near the spar which is a laugh.

    Really nice apartments. Good location near the centre and easy access to beach. Nice pool area. We had uppest floor and a beach view. Good balcony. Clean rooms, good kitchen. No air-conditioning so hot apartments in summer time. Busy road downstairs. Laundry machine was nice ekstra.

    Very nice hotel apartment with great location overlooking the ocean and close to the center of Maspalomas / Playa Del Ingles. Good clean apartment with what you need in terms of kitchen stuff. Really good beds but the couch bed is not as good. Huge balconies with furnitures. Very nice staff and easy check-in. Parking is available in front of the house and is only 3€ per day. Absolutely recommended.

    We had 305 top floor. Very clean apartments with everything we needed for our week stay. Nice views of sunrise and sunsets and sea from our room. Rooms cleaned and towels changed toilet paper out every 2 days. The only thing need changing in apartments are the pillows there not great at all. Pool area and outside areas cleaned every morning the facilities are very very clean. Pool excellent for size and 3 hydro beds at one end are great plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas. Pool gets the sun all day. Beach promenade 1 min away great views beach 3 mins away both directions.Shops and restaurants 2 mins away from room plenty of place to eat Mulligans Irish Bar do excellent food and drink even Ales and IPA on tap.Overall I’d give this place a 9 out of 10.
