The apartment complex has a lifts and features 101 apartments. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a safe, a currency exchange service and a cash machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. Everyday necessities can be purchased at the supermarket. The grounds of the complex feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a TV room and a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Further services and facilities include a childcare service, a car hire service, medical assistance, a transfer service, room service, an alarm call service, a laundry service, a coin-operated laundry and a hotel shuttle bus.     My parents are staying here at the moment. Arrived to nobody on site, late at night with a phone number to ring stuck on the wall which they couldn't read due to poor lighting. Eventually they found a member of the public to help them. They managed to get hold of someone on the phone who guided them to their "room" if you can call it that, and they were greeted with curtains hanging of the rails, a worktop in the kitchen area coming away from the wall and no sign of a cleaner in years! The next day, the daylight revealed a pool area that is filthy, weeds everywhere and no way of contacting anyone. Contacted Love Holidays for some help and they are utterly useless and offered an insulting £20 for the inconvenience and also offered to arrange for some cleaners to attend. All in all, do NOT book these apartments! If there was a minus star rating we would be giving it that, as the 3 star rating it has is an absolute joke!!

    Dreadful from start to finish, no change of sheets or towels, mattress on two beds filty , shower overflowing, no why to check in only phone number on wall, very hard to see in dark as no lighting. Hotel next door would not help one bit ,they did not want to know, Not wheelchair friendly. No way of contacting Luv Holidays

    Please read the reviews….I booked this hotel with ON The Beach as we stayed a few years ago and it was nice, so I didn’t read reviews . Big mistake. I managed to change to a better hotel (at a cost) before traveling because so many reviews cannot be wrong or biased.. On The Beach were useless when I said we shouldn’t have to pay to change, they said I should have read reviews. I said they were false advertising but they just ended the on line conversation (3 times). PLEASE…read the reviews and save yourself some money to change hotels or even worse, go there and have an horrendous holiday

    Here now without electricity. Its been cut off due to non payment. Rang man in charge and he doesnt seem bothered we've to sit with candles lit while on holiday. Have a child on bipap breathing machine at nighttime which requires electricity No urgency at all from the guy in charge to sort it out . Disgraceful. Will be contacting booking.com about refund ASAP.

    False advertising no bar no reception no restaurant worst I’ve ever stayed in the pictures are taken of the hotel next door the servitor risol whip is no longer part of this place, to gain access you ring a number on the wall and a lady gives you directions to a key safe, front gate dont work people climbing over the wall
