Location

The bungalows are very close to the beach as well as the leisure and sports options, bars and restaurants, which guests can easily reach on foot. The marina is located near the complex, on the sunny side of Puerto Rico. There are also plenty of shops nearby and the bus station is about 200 metres away. Gran Canaria Airport is about 45 km away.

Facility

The 16 bungalows are comfortably equipped and ready for guests. English-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. The apartment complex provides a cloakroom, a safe, medical assistance, a smoke alarm and a smoking area. Internet access is available to guests in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions.

Rooms

Rooms feature a kitchen and a bathroom, and a fan ensures just the right temperature. Some rooms have a balcony or terrace. Guests are sure to get a good night's sleep in the sofa bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe and a minibar are also available. The kitchenette comes with a refrigerator, a mini fridge and a microwave. Internet access, a telephone and a television with satellite/cable channels provide all the essentials for a comfortable holiday. A shower and a bathtub are included the bathrooms. The complex has family rooms and 16 non-smoking rooms.

Sport

While the adults swim a few laps in the outdoor pool, children can enjoy splashing about in their own swimming area. A terrace with sun loungers and parasols is available. A variety of activities such as tennis, golf and fishing or, for a fee, crazy golf, are offered at the complex. Sports options available to guests include a gym or, for a fee, squash. A spa and solarium are available in the wellness area.

Meals

At the non-smoking restaurant, guests are waited on in a cosy atmosphere.

All major credit cards, including VISA and MasterCard, are accepted for payment.

    Really enjoyed the laid-back atmosphere here. The apartments are functional, well-kept, and have plenty of space to feel comfortable.     A lovely little place to stay in Puerto Rico! The bungalows are simple but comfortable and have everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The terrace is perfect for enjoying a coffee in the morning or a drink in the evening. The pool area is peaceful and often quiet, which makes it feel almost like your own private pool. The location is great, just a short walk from shops, restaurants and the beach. A great option if you want a relaxed and affordable stay in Gran Canaria.     We had a brilliant week here. It was the first holiday for my son and me in almost three years, and we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The apartment was spacious and spotless, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout..We had an issue late one night when our key stopped working, but the night janitor kindly let us in, and maintenance fixed the door lock early the next morning, which we really appreciated.The balcony was huge and perfect for sunbathing, relaxing, or eating outside. The location is excellent too, with everything within easy walking distance.I’d definitely recommend staying here — you won’t regret it. We’ll certainly be back.
