Location

This complex is located near the marina and beach (approximately 300 m away), on the sunny side of Puerto Rico. It is located near an area in which there are several restaurants and numerous sporting options. Puerto Rico’s centre, shopping facilities and nightlife options can all be reached in around 5 minutes by car. Holiday World fun park and Aqua Park can both be reached in approximately 20 minutes by car or public transport. Bus connections are located roughly 400 m away and Gran Canaria Airport Las Palmas is approximately 45 km from the complex.

Facility

40 studios are available. English-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. The apartment hotel provides a cloakroom, a safe and medical assistance. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. Everyday necessities can be purchased at the supermarket. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park for no extra charge. Active guests can make use of the bicycle hire service to explore the surrounding area.

Rooms

A balcony or terrace is among the standard features of some rooms. Rooms include a sofa bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Extra beds can be requested. A safe and a minibar are also available. The hotel offers an extensive outdoor sport and leisure programme, which includes tennis and golf. For a fee, guests can also enjoy crazy golf and fishing. Sport and leisure available at the apartment hotel (for a fee) include billiards and squash. A spa and solarium are available in the wellness area.

    If you need a break from a busy life, just book this place. We spent hours reading by the pool and gazing out at the water. The complex is small enough that it never feels crowded, which gives it a very private and peaceful feel. Even though it's quiet, there are great restaurants just a short walk away.     Brilliant base for exploring Gran Canaria

    Porlamar was the perfect home base for our trip. The location is super convenient for getting around, but tucked away enough that you don’t get all the street noise at night. We loved having our own little space with a fridge and kitchen amenities. Waking up, having a coffee on the terrace with that sea breeze, and then heading down for a quick dip in the pool was the best way to start the day. The staff were lovely and check-in was a breeze.
