Location

This apartment complex is situated in the tourist resort of Puerto Rico, only 700 m from the inviting sandy beach and the turquoise blue sea. The town centre with its array of shops and boutiques as well as countless bars, restaurants, public transport and buzzing nightlife is about 200 m away; all of the aforementioned amenities are easily within walking distance. The airport is 39 km away.

Facility

Guests can enjoy the pleasant ambience of one of the 102 non-smoking rooms and 34 double rooms. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Cheap and cheerful. This hotel is clean with comfy beds it has a small but adequate pool with enough sunbeds. There is a little shack type bar that opens daily for refreshments. We never used it as we were out every day. Stuff was friendly and helpful. Clean room and towels, and if you asked nicely, Magnolia would give you some beach towels to take out. There is no air con, but you can rent a fan. You have to pay extra for kettle toaster safe, etc. But all in all was a good base for us. We enjoyed our stay and would go back.

Absolutely disgusting hotel. Dirty,dated and unsafe. None of the internal doors had proper locks. You had to rent a kettle and toaster. It's supposed to be self catering. We actually moved to another property in Maspalomas after one night. This complex will be in my memory for a long time.

Well all I'm gonna say is that I found this apartment everything that was needed, so many ppl slagging off their stay here but it did the job, nice pool view, clean and tidy little dated but due a refurbishment next month, pool was lovely and clean and broc the barman in his little shack was the nicest guy, buy a drink get a shot or two, walked down the 200 steps sometimes walked back up in the evening but only costs €4 in cab and the same to go up to europa center, would Definitely go back but will be all new by then.

Stayed here on 22/02/24 - 29/02/24 worst hotel ever stayed at firstly 66 steep steps to our room (125) only 2 plug sockets in the apartment only really sleeps 2 as there is no sofa bed very outdated door handle broken off on inside of door reception not open most of the time mini market onsite waste of time when hotel booked taxi for us still had to wait 45 minutes (never ever waited so long for a taxi ) staff we polite that’s only good thing about the place. Sorry but would never stay here again booked with on the beach and cost over 200 per person total over £600 per room totally not worth it , there are better and cheaper places to stay

We have just come back from the solana the reviews what was put on here is all wrong we had a brilliant time the rooms were very clean Brock the bar man was absolutely great round the pool was always very clean the cleaner came round every day so I would advise people not to read the negative reviews you would never go away if you did we met some great people there and YES we would definitely go back there
