Location

This apartment complex is located in the tourist centre of Playa del Inglés, Gran Canaria, just 50 m from the nearest links to the public transport network. The beach as well as the Metro and Kasbah shopping centres in addition to many more shopping and entertainment venues are a mere 450 m from the complex.

Facility

40 apartments are located on 5 storeys and can be reached by lift. Guests are warmly welcomed by multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, cash machine and drinks machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. There are a number of shops, including a supermarket. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional amenities include a TV room and a library. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park (no extra charge). Services include a car hire service. A bicycle hire service provides all the necessary equipment for exploring the surrounding area. A fax machine is available for guests' business needs.

Rooms

Rooms are equipped with a fan. Guests have garden view from the balcony or terrace, which are standard features of some rooms. Rooms include a sofa bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Extra beds can be requested. A safe and a minibar are also available. For self-catering guests, there is a well-equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, mini fridge, microwave and tea/coffee station. A telephone, a TV and WiFi are provided as well. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub, as well as a hairdryer. The apartment hotel has family rooms and non-smoking rooms.

Sport

The outdoor pool complex provides invigorating refreshment. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. The wide range of activities offered at the hotel ensures that there is something new to do every day, including cycling/mountain biking, tennis, beach volleyball, golf, fishing and horse riding. With windsurfing, canoeing, snorkelling and diving available, fans of water sports will have plenty to choose from. The fitness rooms are perfect for a comprehensive workout. A spa and solarium are available in the wellness area. A dance club offers fun and entertainment.

Meals

Half board is offered as a catering option. Breakfast and dinner are served every day.

    Clean, simple, friendly, zero problems, zero insects!

    Two of us stayed in Aptos. Strelitzias around 15-25th January, 2026. Overall, we would definitely recommend it! Most remarkable was how CLEAN everything was. (We have stayed in other hotels on Playa del Ingles with occasional cockroaches or mosquitoes, flies etc.) But in Strelitzias, we simply saw NO INSECTS at all. (And it didn't smell like pesticides.) Besides that big plus point - the rooms were comfortable, the Dino supermarket is right next door, the staff was very friendly and trustworthy. I left some cash on a table, and of course it remained untouched even after cleaning. Also, it was VERY QUIET at night here! No loud bars or nightclubs nearby. The rooms are not luxurious, the kitchen is simple, but everything worked well. You have to walk about 7-8 minutes down some stairs (there are two nice short paths) to reach the beach, but it's quite easy. The pool is okay - not fancy or luxurious. There's no beautiful view of the ocean, but it's sunny and cheerful in the morning (and clean and simple, so it's not ugly.) Anyhow, the price was very good.. we were happy to spend 11 days here with Zero problems! 😀

    Had a good week long stay (16 - 24 September 24. Basic hotel but good value for money. Asked for a high floor and got what I wanted. Reception closes at 10 or 11pm depending on time of year. We had a late flight and our key was put in a locked box at entrance gate with clear instructions. Staff were friendly and very helpful. If I needed something, it got sorted. I'd stay here again.

    On arrival was greeted by a friendly lady all seemed OK asked for a safe we were charged 20 euro plus 10 euro deposit. Basic apartment with comfortable beds but very hot even with fan running. 4 days later were given instructions for our pick up for the day we were leaving asked a man on reception about staying in our room till our pick up at 3 o'clock and were told it would be fine but on our last day we went out for a walk when on our arrival back our room had been cleared and stuff dumped in room outside of the apartment we then had to sort all of our stuff to then find a pair of gold earrings had been stolen I would have returned here but this now has tarnished my stay I read about someone having money stolen but thought it may have been a mistake at my cost I now know this is to be true

    Good value for money and friendly staff. Near the sea, too. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to settle down here. Swimming pool fine but a bit small. I am returning this year (2023) so that tells its own story.

    Spacious very clean apartment with lounge bathroom separate bedroom and separate kitchen. Balcony with pool view.Supermarket just a few meters away. Great shower. Nice pool with sun all day. Luggage storage if late departure with shower facility. Beach nearby. There is a public lift down to the beach if you don’t want to walk down the hill. The staff were all very friendly especially Adela on reception who was very helpful. Yumbo 15 mins walk.Excellent value.
