This bungalow complex is situated in the heart of the Puerto Rico tourist region, within walking distance of the beach, numerous restaurants, bars and popular nightspots and links to the public transport network. Gran Canaria Airport is the nearest airport, approximately 45 km away.

Facility

74 non-smoking rooms are located on 3 storeys and can be reached by lift. The reception desk in the lobby is staffed round the clock. To ensure guests a comfortable and relaxing stay, the bungalow complex provides various services and facilities, including a safe, a currency exchange service, a car hire service and medical assistance. Internet access in public areas allows guests to stay in touch while on holiday. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Active guests can make use of the bicycle hire service to explore the surrounding area.

Rooms

Rooms feature a living room and a bathroom. A fan ensures comfortable temperatures. In some rooms, a terrace is included as standard. Guests may securely store their valuables in a safe. For self-catering guests, there is a well-equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, mini fridge, microwave and tea/coffee station. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. Internet access, a telephone and a TV are provided as well. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub, as well as a hairdryer.

Sport

The sports and entertainment facilities at the complex ensure that guests have plenty of activities to choose from during their stay. While the adults swim a few laps in the outdoor pool, children can enjoy splashing about in their own swimming area. Sun loungers and parasols are available on the sun terrace. Refreshing drinks are served at the poolside snack bar. There are many ways to relax or stay active at the complex, including table tennis and a solarium.

Charming historic hotel in Santillana

This charming hotel was a lovely end to a 10-day trip around Cantabria. The service was attentive but not intrusive, and the rooms had really comfortable beds, and were well-appointed with shower rooms with all mod cons - yet within a beautiful historic building. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice. The hotel bar/cafeteria offered salads and toasties which went down well on the night where we wanted to stay in, and they recommended restaurants and made bookings for us when we wanted to go out. The on-site parking felt like an added luxury worth paying extra for, as it meant we just didn't have to think about it. The man on the door, and at the bar, was very friendly and helpful! Highly recommend.

Superb stay in their quaint hotel.

We had a superb stay here and very much enjoyed the charm and history of the hotel. Breakfast had a good choice of local dishes as well as the usual offerings. Our room was spacious and comfortable and quirky. The staff were outstanding. Parking was also surprisingly easy given the position of the hotel. It has no restaurant for other meals, except snacks, but can make reservations elsewhere.

Beautiful property with excellent location in Santillana Del Mar. Everyone is very friendly and willing to help you. Breakfast is excellent too, with great coffee made to order, however the coffee provided in the room does not match the 5 stars hotel they claim to be. Instant coffee is not 5 stars. A coffee maker in the room will be very appreciated; not all your guests are from UK looking for tea.
