In september of 2023, I had the privilege of visiting Gran Canaria, and I stayed at this hotel in Vencindario, a 20-minute drive with a taxi, which only cost about €25.00 you can also reach with bus which will take longer because of all the stops in between. My stay was very pleasant, the staff was very attentive and helpful, front desk and restaurant. The hotel was very clean, with eats inside and outside. In the center of everything you might need. The only thing I dislike was that the elevator was broken often in my week long stay. Besides that, all my requests were happily addressed.

My room was small but perfectly formed. Staff were always cheery! Breakfast was basic but plentiful and tasty. The lcoation was great and close to where I needed to be every day! The hotel was clean and quiet with handy vending machines at various points.

Highly recommended accomodation in Vecindario.

Good location in the center of Vecindario. Close to shopping and restaurants. Located just 15 minutes from the airport LPA. Comfortable rooms with air condition. Very clean. Buses to nearly all destinations just around the corner. Highly recommended if you want quite accomodatin outside the tourist resorts in the south. Playa del Ingles can although be reached by bus no 9 in just 15 minutes.

Handy hotel right in the centre but good free underground car park with well signposted access. OK for a one night stay - room look onto internal courtyards where it looked to be possible to sunbathe as there were loungers however it was dark by the time I arrived. Good cooked breakfast available as well as continental. WiFi worked well and small fridge in room too.

From a 2-star hotel you can't expect too much - except a clean place to sleep for one night - and it provided exactly this. Plus very decent bathroom with bathtub and bidet, very good wifi and a great location (near the bus stop from the airport and on the walking street of Vecindario.
