    Nice modern room. Surrounded by buildings on all sides so the room feels claustrophobic. Yes it's close to the beach but not the good end. The promenade feels run down. Although we paid couldn't stay here for 6 days so moved hotels. So glad we did.

    Nice modern clean room with some nice touches like providing slippers. However, the room has a claustrophobic feel with no natural light unless you open the door. You are surrounded by buildings on all sides. Having never been LP before we didnt know much about the beach area. Yes this hotel is 400m from the beach but this end of the promenade feels neglected and run down. Despite paying full price we felt it was too depressing to stay for 6 days. We booked a hotel at the other end of Las Canteras and I'm so glad we did. Lovely hotel, sea view, lovely beach and plenty of bars and restaurants. Obviously a lot more expensive.

    Just back after two weeks in las Palmas where we stayed at this lovely apartment which was spotlessly clean,very comfortable beds , very quite and right beside the beach .Loads of shops Mercadona,Superdino etc nearby which is handy for self-catering in the well equipped kitchen.Also plenty restaurants to choose from.Very close to Santa Catalina bus station where there is a regular service to the airport for roughly 3 euro.Thanks to Javier and his lovely staff,Highly recommended

    From the bed to the bathroom and the kitchenette, everything was nice and clean. I originally booked for two weeks and spontaneously stayed another week. I felt comfortable and safe in the hotel and the neighborhood. Definitely recommend.

    Loved our week stay at these apartments which are very close to the beach!We stayed in a superior studio and it was more than adequate for what we wanted, nice and clean with a massive bed! Everything you need to cook a small meal if you wanted including a microwave however we didn't want that so never used, Dolce gusto coffee maker and a few pods provided however I have seen people moan that they didn't top up when the room is cleaned!! Don't be soft it's a 2 star hotel the local Dino supermarket sells then for €3.50 for 14... We were provided with a few snacks and 2 small bottles of water which was a nice touch also don't bother with shower gel as it's provided in the shower already(nice smell too) slippers and tooth brush also provided.If you want your room cleaned there is a switch on the wall red for don't disturb and green to clean.TV is provided and if you have a Netflix or Amazon account you can add.If you like crystals you will love the reception as it's got loads..WiFi was bang on no problems whatsoever.The only thing was that some road works was going on a few roads up so I did hear some work going on but it wasn't a problem and definitely wouldn't put me off going here.We loved the place and for the money you are paying it's great.Also 24hr corner shop on the next road so it's always good if you have the munchies after all the beer.
