Location

Ideal for beach holidaymakers and families, this hotel lies in Playa del Ingles, approximately 1.5 km from the beach.

Facility

The hotel was modernised in 2022. Guests have a choice of 168 suites. The friendly staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. Services and facilities include a currency exchange service, a playroom, a car hire service, medical assistance, a laundry service, a hairdresser and a lounge. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas (no extra charge). The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. There are a number of shops as well. Children can enjoy the playground. Services include a hotel shuttle bus. Cyclists can make use of the bicycle storage area and hire service (for a fee).

Rooms

Rooms feature a living area and a bathroom. Air conditioning ensures comfortable temperatures. Guests are sure to get a good night's sleep in the sofa bed. Separate bedrooms can be booked. A safe and a minibar are also available. Guests will also find a tea/coffee station included among the standard features. A flatscreen television with satellite channels and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. Guests will also find slippers in their rooms. Amenities in the bathrooms include a shower. While the adults swim a few laps in the outdoor pool, children can enjoy splashing about in their own swimming area.     Everything about this stay was simply great. Comfortable rooms, delicious food and cocktails, beautiful hotel landscaping and a pool that never felt overcrowded.What really stood out was the staff. We really connected with the team, everyone was genuinely nice, smiling and friendly without doing too much. Special mention to Ely, remarkably efficient and warm, the entire restaurant team, and Carina who kept our room impeccable every single day. Just real, attentive service!

    Everything was its usual perfection, except no 24 snacks and drinks in Royal Reception anymore, staff were very slow to serve around the relaxing area of Royal, was quicker to go to the bar yourself.     This is our third Barcelo Royal level stay and this is a great hotel with lovely pool area and restaurant. We unfortunately had three occasions where we made food or drink orders that were forgotten, which took the shine off a little, but overall a lovely stay and it certainly didnt spoil our holiday at all. We certainly recommend the Barcelo Royal level experience.
