The hotel is located by the seaside, in the exclusive private community of Bahía Feliz, near Maspalomas and Playa de Inglés beach, allowing guests to enjoy the bars, shops, leisure areas, restaurants and its attractive nightlife

Facility

Guests can enjoy the pleasant ambience of one of the 158 apartments. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Services and facilities include a baggage storage service, medical assistance, a laundry service, a theatre hall and a smoke alarm. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Guests can shop at a variety of stores, including a souvenir shop. Children can enjoy the playground. Parking spaces are available to guests travelling by car. A bicycle hire service provides all the necessary equipment for exploring the surrounding area.

Rooms

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning and central heating. Additional comfort is provided by the balcony or terrace, which are a standard feature in most rooms. Rooms have a queen-size bed or a king-size bed. Extra beds or children's beds can be provided upon request. A desk and, for a fee, a safe are also available. Additional features include a refrigerator, a mini fridge, a stovetop, a microwave and a dishwasher. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A telephone and a flatscreen television are provided as well. A hairdryer and a telephone are on hand in the bathrooms for everyday use. For extra comfort in the bathrooms, guests are offered cosmetic products. The hotel has 158 non-smoking rooms and smoking rooms.

Sport

While the adults swim a few laps in the outdoor pool, children can enjoy splashing about in their own swimming area. The hot tub in the pool area promises pure relaxation. A variety of activities are available at the apartment hotel, for example bocce and archery or, for a fee, tennis, volleyball, basketball and golf. With snorkelling or, for a fee, windsurfing, kitesurfing, catamaraning and diving available, fans of water sports have plenty of options to choose from. A wide range of indoor sporting activities are also offered, for example a gym, table tennis and darts or, for a fee, badminton, billiards, bowling and squash. A sauna, steam bath and hydrotherapy treatments are available in the wellness area. Activity coordinators organise an entertainment programme for adults and children.

Meals

Guests can treat themselves to the culinary delights of the à-la-carte restaurant. Catering options include bed and breakfast and half board. The hotel also offers snacks. The hotel offers a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

    We really enjoyed our stay here, the room was huge with a great view, spotlessly clean and with fresh towels most days.Yes, as some reviews say, some rooms are a Little tired, but it certainly did not affect the holiday. The food was good and the staff amazing.     This is not a hotel suitable for a family with kids, the staff are rude and very unhelpful, the kids club was not on because of a leak with no alternative, the entertainment poor along with the food .     Had a lovely week staying here . Yes the rooms may need some tlc but the room 507 was arge and spotlessly clean as were all areas of the hotel and pool.Bathroom had dble sinks with a bath and separate shower, towels replaced each day maid was in.Desk staff really helpful when requesting extra pillows and general info. We slept soundly as this is not a party area so as long as other respectful guests regarding noise would hope is always the same .Hotel does have a supermarket though we only bought bread water etc there as we went local supermarkets for majority as alot cheaper and more choices ..lovely local restaurants 5 mins walk . Bus stop 5 min walk away with frequent services to playa del ingles route at £1.45 euro 1 way.Ideal location from airport if on a shuttle we were 1st drop off last pick up and approx 15 mins transfer time . Though next time will definitely look at a taxi cost before .Hotel doesn't have a beach but pool is big with plenty of loungers available .Aerodrome is by hotel so plenty small planes about in the day time though didn't find the noise for any concern.All rooms have amazing view as right on the waters edge and has sun morning till eve. We will definitely consider returning . We were here during march so likely quieter time of year.Only things that could improve our stay would have been a slightly more comfy sofa and loungers on balcony.     Great for couples, hotel was spotlessly clean and reception staff were helpful, especially Maria. Rooms and balcomy were huge, ( 2 bed appartment). Generally quiet, but do ask for a top floor room if you can, as heard heavy furniture scrapping from room above. Hotel is on a cliff, so fantastic views, but very windy. Near a airstrip, so if you like light aircraft and a helicopter taking off and landing (I do), then no problems. Sometimes noise from nearby race track was annoying. Good gym and some good entertainment in the bar area. Friendly bar staff with reasonably priced food and drink. Onsite shop, but the hotel next door has a Spar that stays open a bit later, if you take a 3 minute stroll.Easy 20 minute drive from airport, GC1, GC 500 and close to San Agustus, Playa del Ingles and Maspalomas etc. 5 minutes away from Sioux City and 20 mins away from excellent viewpoint up the GC60.     I can only presume we were allocated a room needing refurbishment. It looked more than shabby and tired. It was not suitable for anyone to stay in and enjoy a holiday. Skirting falling off the walls with nails on , broken and damaged furniture. Holes in the bedding. Worst hotel I have ever stayed at , definitely not 4 star. The fridge stank. The plastic furniture was discoloured and yellow and the spa on the terrace totally unusable. The sunbeds discoloured and tiles broken around the pool. The gardens are nice but the room - should be closed until refurbished.
