Location

The hotel is located in the centre of Playa del Inglés, close to the Maspalomas dunes, 300 m away from the promenade and approximately 700 m from the beach. It is also very close to shopping centres, a chemist's, bus stops, a taxi rank, supermarkets, restaurants and clubs, all within a 50 m radius. There is a free bus service to the Playa del Inglés and Maspalomas beaches.

Facility

The hotel has 142 rooms, which are located on 5 storeys and are reachable by 5 lifts. English- and German-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. A baggage storage service, a TV room, a car hire service, medical assistance, a laundry service and a smoke alarm are available. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas (no extra charge). A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. A bicycle hire service gives guests the opportunity to explore the surrounding area independently.

Rooms

Rooms feature a living room and a bathroom. Air conditioning ensures comfortable temperatures. A balcony or terrace is among the standard amenities of some rooms. Guests are sure to get a good night's sleep in the king-size bed. A desk and, for a fee, a safe are also available. All kitchenettes come with a mini fridge, a microwave and a tea/coffee station. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A direct dial telephone, a TV and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. A hairdryer is provided in the bathrooms.     I stayed here for a week on a solo trip. The reviews and the cheap price had me anxious and expected a rough experience. From check in to check out I loved it. All the staff wore so nice, the included breakfast was delicious and the location from everything was amazing I walked everywhere. The pool is great and gets the sun all day. The balcony is nice and big. The rooms are very dated however they are clean. If I was coming back I would 100% stay here again.     We really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is in a great spot, 1 minute to ten minutes walk to all the best shopping centres.The breakfast pretty decent & I loved the coffees from the free machine. All the catering and waiting staff were brilliant and extra friendly, especially waitress Lady. I came with a really fussy eater & they went out of their way to edit the menu each evening so there was always something he enjoyed.The rooms had a lot of space & the beds were comfy. The power shower l am gonna miss.I would like to thank night manager Christian, as whenever we needed information about anything or any help with the room, he was always helpful.Also the new manager Julian is doing a great job & alway sorted any requests out fast. He seems to be a good boss and has good people skills. Thanks for making our stay memorable.     A very poor stay. Would not recommend.

    Oh boy where do I begin...This hotel is, very unfortunately, not like any of the pictures shown online and desperately needs some refurbishment. I read another review talking about the showers violently going from scolding hot to ice-cold every 15 seconds or so. This was our experience as well. Out of about 6 light switches in the common area only one light worked and the AC in the bedroom did nothing. The kitchen had one pan and a pot that we were unable to use as there were no utensils in the flat, none. The refrigerator had issues closing and the cabinets were falling apart (see pictures.) The balcony was so badly rusty that I wasn't even sure it was safe to lean on.The cleaning crew were polite to talk to but their loud walkie talkies made sure we never managed to sleep past 8:30 in the morning, the noice was constant. All of the towels had random brown/orange spots on them. Might be from dryer burn marks but I did think those spots were something completely different in the beginning.The pool area is decent BUT bear in mind if you move your tanning chair to get a better spot away from the shadows you will get shouted at by the swimming pool lifeguard. We will not be staying at this hotel again and can not with a clean conscience recommend it to anyone else.

    Loved the room, spacious ,little kitchen with appliances ,would of preferred an airfryer ,instead of microwave , fridge did freeze up ,lol . Shower water did go from boiling to cold ,but I thought that was normal as well ..lol ..Great pool , easy walk to beach , nice young man on reception .. older guy a bit grumpy , lovely breakfast ..would love to go back xx
