Location

This hotel is located next to the sea on a small, rather undisturbed beach. The main beach is just 800 m from the hotel and an abundance of shops and cultural venues are located in the immediate vicinity as is a bus stop.

Facility

138 apartments and 57 single rooms are located on 8 storeys and can be reached by lift. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. A number of shops, including a supermarket, are great for shopping or just browsing. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional facilities include a playroom. Parking spaces are available to guests travelling by car.     We have just gotten back from a weeks break with our youngest, first time in Gran Canaria we absolutely loved it! Don’t read too much into bad reviews like I did because the rooms were spotless food was nice too the staff were absolutely amazing always making our 2 year old laugh while cleaning our tables they were soo friendly! credit to the ones who do go out their way and put effort in to making the guests stays that bit better only down side to this was the entertainment there could be more we ended up in our room at night or a walk out due to entertainment not being the most entertaining but that was my only fault with the stay! DONT be fooled when you got to Puerto Rico and get stopped by ANFI promise of various gifts for 90 minutes of your time we spent from 11-5 with them to realise it was a time share honestly just say no it’s not worth it for the freebies

    We had a lovely week here, Our apartment was on the 3rd floor and was clean, bright and very spacious with a beautiful view. We found the food to be of a high standard and plentiful with different themes each night. The pool area can get quite crowded and there are many rows of sunbeds. We are not ones to stay at the hotel all day though so we got out most days and returned late afternoon to spend the last few hours around the pool when it got quieter. The hotel is ideally situated on the seafront so easy to get around and we walked to Anfi del mar 3 times during our stay as it's an absolutely beautiful beach. We took the water taxi to Mogan which I highly recommend doing as it's stunning. One thing we regret is only using the spa on our final day as it is wonderful. All in all this is a good hotel, very clean, great all inclusive offering and a good base to explore the island from via bus, foot and water taxi . We feel we got value for the money we paid.

    Very Disappointing Side Sea View

    We arrived late on Saturday 9th May. When we checked into our room we were hugely disappointed with the view from our balcony. We had booked side sea view but as we were on a low floor (2) our view was massively obscured by Trees and Foliage. I called reception to be advised to call at reception at 9am on Sunday to speak to reservations manager to facilitate a move. We were prepared to pay for an upgrade if necessary. the following morning we were greeted by a very rude receptionist who advised there was no manager available until Monday Morning and we had got what we paid for. Again I reiterate we were willing to pay for an upgrade she flatly refused to help. I struggle to believe there was no management in the hotel at all. We decided to stay in the room we had been allocated otherwise we would lose precious holiday time waiting for a manager to help and they probably wouldn't have another room available anyway. The room I must add was lovely and bright, spacious and modern. Bathroom was dated and worn and needs an upgrade. Word of warning, if a view is important to you, pay to upgrade as the "Side Sea View" really isn't as described.Really disappointed with the way the hotel (individual) dealt with our room disappointment and make sure if you have any issues that they aren't on a weekend as apparently managers only work Mon - Fri.

    Excellent fabulous hotel.No fighting for sunloungers.Great choice of food as well. The poolside bar has a great choice of snacks from 10.30 am our favourite was the steak cooked on hot stones 😋 T he hotel is very clean.The spa is fabulous ie jacuzzi indoor pool dead sea pool etc my friend loved it.Hotel reception extremely helpful ty Jose, Roberto .Bar staff are amazing especiallyYere who always remembered your drinks and also Ricardo but there was one member and older lady was really quite rude but you always get 1 .Great weather and overall a super hotel will be returning for defo
