Location

Situated at the heart of the city, this pleasant beach hotel lies directly on the Gran Canary's shopping street, the promenade of the famous Las Canteras beach. Many shopping venues and countless bars and restaurants are to be found in the vicinity and public transport departs from stops close by. It is just a few paces to the city centre and the nearest airport is about 25 km away.

Facility

224 rooms, including 14 suites, 47 single rooms and 145 double rooms, are located on 8 storeys and can be reached by 3 lifts. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service and a safe. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. Parking spaces are available to guests travelling by car. Other services include a 24-hour security service, a babysitting service, a car hire service, medical assistance, room service, a laundry service, a hairdresser and a coin-operated laundry. A bicycle hire service gives guests the opportunity to explore the surrounding area independently. A business centre with fax machine and projector is available.

Rooms

Rooms feature a living area and a bathroom. Air conditioning ensures comfortable temperatures. Most units include a balcony with sea views, where guests can relax and linger a while.     All round this is an excellent hotel. The location is first class. Right on the promenade of Las Canteras beach, where there is plenty going on - bars, restaurants, shopping etc., but also not too far from the main shopping area of Mesa y Lopez. The breakfast is exceptional, and the restaurant staff are really good. The reception and bar staff are also excellent. Considering this not a new hotel, it is spacious, light and airy, and very well maintained. As far as we are concerned, this has to be the best hotel in Las Palmas for a holiday. We are coming back in September!

    What to say about Bull Reina Isabel and spa.. Just fantastic from the moment you arrive your luggage is taken to your room, reception very helpful, we had a seaview room it was truly 4star, TV, fridge and kettle we were on B&B and breakfast was great ,fresh cooked omelettes but if you arrive at the wrong time you will have a wait as demand is high and all manner of breakfast food available 😊 We ate in the restaurant a couple of evenings and the buffet food was lovely.The north of the island can be a little cloudy with a breeze compared to the south.The hotel is almost directly on the beach with free sunbeds and a lovely sandy beach 🏖️ 😊 the roof top pool , floatation pool,spa and bar just a great chill area.Fantastic restaurants along the seafront.The whole area was just great for me and my fantastic wife as I'm not walking that great at the moment, very few steps anywhere in hotel or along the seafront.Would we good back!! In a blink of an eye this hotel is just what's needed.

    My 6th visit in 3 years. Speaks for itself.Love the position and location. Staff so friendly and helpful.Only negatives - food not as good as it was when I first went - particularly the bread, fresh fruit and vegetables. And the bedding is awful, please replace your duvet covers and pillow cases.

    Bad gusts service and bad Receptioniste

    We had a very disappointing experience at Hotel Bullerina Isabelle. Two receptionists were extremely, extremely unpleasant. The level of service was incompetent and very poor. We requested an invoice which was never provided to us. We also asked to extend our room or arrange another room for a later check-out. I understand that there may not have been availability for our specific room, but there were other rooms available, and considering that we were very unwell, no effort was made to help us with any alternative solution. We had requested this the day before as well. In the end, Sarah was also speaking to us in a very rude and disrespectful manner. Very disappointing customer service and a lack of care for guests

    Such a beautiful hotel. It's location, right at the beach, means early morning walks are on your daily schedule. Staff are so knowledgeable and helpful...the best in my experience. Spa area and pool on the rooftop are well maintained and a busy chill out zone. I fully recommend a massage...
