Location

The hotel is located in a quiet area in Playa del Inglés, approximately 5 minutes’ walk to the main shopping centres (Cita, Yumbo and Sandía) and 10 minutes’ walk to the beach featuring the spectacular dunes of Maspalomas.

Facility

A pleasant ambience awaits guests in 76 non-smoking rooms. The reception desk is open round the clock. Amenities at the bungalow complex include a baggage storage service. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. There are a number of shops as well. The grounds of the complex feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional facilities include a TV room. Parking spaces are available to guests travelling by car. Other services include a car hire service, medical assistance, room service, a laundry service and a coin-operated laundry. A bicycle hire service gives guests the opportunity to explore the surrounding area independently.

Rooms

Air conditioning and a fan ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Guests can enjoy the garden view from a balcony or terrace. The rooms have a double bed and a sofa bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Children's beds can be requested for younger guests. A safe and a minibar are also available. Guests will also find a tea/coffee station included among the standard features. Dining facilities include a restaurant (with high chairs), a dining room, a breakfast room and a bar. Bed and breakfast can be booked. A delicious and varied buffet awaits guests at breakfast. For lunch, guests can order à la carte. A set menu can be ordered at dinner.

    An enjoyable half-term break here. Accommodation is actually very good. 2 bedrooms, kitchen & dining area, lounge and decent patio. We only had B&B and the breakfast was adequate, but then it's only breakfast! There is a decent supermarket only a couple of mins walk and a small selection of bars. About 10mins is the beach and a wide range of bars and restaurants. Beach is also decent. Pool runs through complex, long but not very wide. There was a bar but we always used the supermarket.     Just spent 10 night here and didnt want to go home. The bungalows are so clean and spacious. All staff were friendly and polite. The snack bar food is really good. 1 portion of chips will feed 2 people. Crazy golf and tennis on the grounds. Lovely big pool that gets cleaned every other day. Housekeeping are fantastic. Location is very good with a supermarket 2 mins away and a 5 min walk to the yumbo center and beach. My only complaint was the breakfast. Not much choice and it was cold most days. But other than that its a lovely quiet and relaxing hotel . Would highly recommend.     We booked our stay at Bungalows Cordial Biarritz last minute, and everything was made so easy from the start. The check-in process was quick and smooth, which we really appreciated.The bungalows were very clean, comfortable, and well equipped, including air conditioning which made our stay even better. The communal areas were beautiful and very well maintained at all times.What really made the difference was the staff — everyone was super friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything we needed.We had a fantastic stay and will definitely come back again in the future.     The reception people are very helpful we stay in bungalow 128 on the corner. If you like hearing traffic day and night your like this. The room definitely needs updating . We only got our room changed over 7 out of 10 nights. We found the cleaner rude we asked questions about tumble dryer said I don’t understand. But could quickly fill her bag with beer from one of the bungalows and quickly put clothes on top. The reception was horrified when we saw her about the day she didn’t put pillow cases on the bed and left rubbish bin in room the cleaner quickly said sorry I do it. It’s very near Yumbo centre and found it very safe, the reception very clean .The restaurant we had breakfast here on the last day it’s very disappointing say the least. We found the gentleman very friendly doing bar etc.You got to pay for the safe and air con if you need it. The pool is immaculate and grounds are lovely.     What a fantastic place, vastly exceeded my expectations. We stayed in a Superior 2 bed bungalow which was spotlessly clean, spacious and had direct access to the pool via the patio. The Superior bungalows also include air-con, a safe, pool towels and daily cleaning.Minutes walk from the beach, bars, supermarkets and restaurants. The kids loved the onsite pool, tennis and mini golf course.I'd definitely recommend for couples or families looking for a relaxed break.
