Location

This bungalow complex enjoys a very central location in Playa del Inglés. It is just 800 metres away from the Yumbo Centre and is only a couple of minutes' walk from the beach. Guests will find a number of bars and pubs in the immediate vicinity, and Las Palmas, the capital of Gran Canaria, is approximately 52 km away. Gran Canaria Airport is roughly 30 km from the accommodation.

Facility

The friendly staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. Services and facilities include a safe, a 24-hour security service, a transfer service, a laundry service and a coin-operated laundry. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. Everyday necessities can be purchased at the supermarket. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park.     A lack of hot water in the shower.a 3 min hot shower is ok. But your partner will have to wait for the water to get hot again!.     We were a little apprehensive as this was our first visit to the Tenesoya and had read some of the reviews. However, we had a great stay here. We arrived outside the reception hours but the access arrangements were extremely easy and in no time we were in our bungalow. Don’t misunderstand me this is no 4 star complex but it is in a great position, and although on quite a busy street it is very private. It is kept very clean despite the decor being a little dated. However, the outstanding factor about this place is a lovely lady called Pino who makes you feel welcome and can’t do enough for you. A real gem! The whole team although very small are lovely.The bungalows have three supermarkets within 1 minute walk, Spar, Super Dino and Broncemar. There is a Cafe de Paris opposite so you can easily pop over for a coffee and slice of cake. The Yumbo is a nice 10 minute walk away and the beach can be reached by lift which is about 3 minute walk from the bungalows.We loved it and have already booked for later in the year!     What a lovely place

    Just had a fantastic week away here for the new year.I was a little worried about the road and car noise, but this just wasn't a problem. The shops are literally 2 minute's away and yumbo centre is a max 10 minute walk.From the moment we got there the lady that looks after the place couldn't do enough for us. We ask for some sun beds outside our bungalow, because we didn't want to be around the pool area. This wasn't a problem and left it to her to sort out.The WiFi is OK, though a little hit and miss of where you are in the bungalow. The kitchen could of done with a kettle and toaster, but to be honest this really wasn't a issue unless you have to have tea and coffee in the morning with toast.Over all this is in my eyes a hidden little gem. We done what we wanted, when we wanted and no one bothered us. Can't wait to visit again.     The location is great as it's close to the beach and the Yumbo center. However, it's so run down: cleaning is not often, towels are not changed, there are bugs (cockroaches), beds are worned out, and it's empty - only senior men naked all the time... So if you plan a party fun with friends, this is not the place, my advise, find another place. But if you want to relax free not being bothered, this is a good choice... However, demand your rights: clean, towels, bug free!

    Great value accommodation lovely lady who runs it. Not too far a walk to the yumbo lots of nice restaurants nearby.Would stay again. I would prefer a double bed rather than two singles. Very attentive place was cleaned everyday - when I allowed this
