  We loved this hotel. It had everything needed for a fantastic holiday in PR. Ideal location, not to far up so no unbearable hills to walk down and up. Just a short stroll from the hotel to the commercial center or to the beach. Lady that checked us in, was very friendly and inviting. She was kind enough to show us some pictures from her recent holiday as we had visited mexico too. This kick started our holiday perfectly. We did request a high room on the end and we received what was requested, we thank you for this! Rooms were great, beds comfy, shower perfectly fine. It had all the utilities for a comfortable stay. Shop on site but we didn't use this so unable to comment on pricing but looked decent enough for essentials. Pool area, we only used on the last day was also perfectly fine. Plenty of sun beds and quiet which we love. We never ate at the hotel so unable to comment on this but i believe you can eat and purchase drinks here. There is a lift that will take you up the steps if you struggle with walking along with the lifts that takes you to each floor. We would definitely return here for the right price! Thank you for another enjoyable stay in our favorite place!

  Everything you need, lovely views

  Stayed for 10 days. Nice apartment in good location. Shower is excellent, really good hairdrier in bathroom. Small kitchen area but has been refurbished so all new. Apartments dated but really clean. Small pool area so would really benefit from sun loungers on balcony as plenty of room for them. We enjoyed food from pool side bar. Quiet hotel at this time of year. Room 606 had great views.

  Lovely hotel and staff can not fault it , you get used to the steps as the week goes on! But you can walk round if don't want to do the steps. Pool is good side and plenty of sun beds . Only down side was there was no plugs at the side of the bed but we managed to. The kitchen is well equipped plates, pots, glasses etc but we had no knife and forks ! We just got plastic from shop over all a lovely place and would definitely stay here again

  Lovely little hotel. Rooms spacious only downside is no air con but there are 2 patio doors which you can keep open. Rooms cleaned regularly I can say though the beds in the main room were not very comfy. Close enough to the bars and restaurants but not noisy at night so you can sleep with doors open. Steps down to the bars aren’t as bad as I heard. But if you have a pram etc there is a side road you can walk up to get to the hotel. Beautiful views from the balcony. Bar and small shop on site. Drinks are a little bit more expensive than off site. Pool lovely and none of the massive rush’s to get sunbeds. They only unlock them at 9amNo entertainment on site but from reading up the sister hotel does.

  To begin, it’s very difficult to say anything bad about this hotel as it’s perfect for the price and the area it is in is ideal as it’s not only close to the beach (around 10 minute walk) and it’s also very close to the town of which saves lots of money as taxis are not necessary for this hotel even after a night in the town. We really enjoyed our stay here, the rooms were lovely, big and came with everything you need except air con which I will talk more about later. The staff were so kind and were willing to do anything to help any problems you may have which I will also talk more about later. The cleaners came regularly to ensure the room was fresh as well as the balcony. To add to this, the balcony provided amazing views and it was lovely to sit on at all times throughout the day. The rooms were very spacious which I enjoyed and the shower was out of this world, the hairdryer is provided by the hotel and it’s very high powered ( I have very thick hair and it took me less than 5 minutes to dry my hair) which made getting ready very very easy.The pool at the hotel is amazing, its small but it’s cool and it was so nice in the heat and it’s the perfect height as it spans from both deep and shallow between each side of the pool which makes it accessible to all ages. There’s a lifeguard on duty at all times. Sunbeds were also not a problem and many were spare which were very easy to get.The staff at the hotel were incredible, due to our late check out we struggled quite a bit as we left at around 5pm however the receptionist really helped to lead us through this in a helpful way which we really appreciated as their efforts were really shown in this, however when we did check in we also had a late arrival (around 1am) which was a lot less organised however there is a shop in the hotel which was made accessible for us to purchase drinks and snacks upon our arrival. I’ve seen many complain about the lack of ac however this wasn’t much of an issue with us as it’s very cool at night time and we didn’t spend much time in the room in the daytime, however it was very very hot at around 6pm when we were getting ready but this was resolved by opening the balcony doors and this was not a problem whatsoever for us, a small handheld fan helped us which we got from ale hop!Overall this hotel was so amazing and we would definitely come back here, we have no complaints and we had such a memorable experience here:)
