  Don't know where to start with this gem....but WOW! Most peaceful and tranquil place I have ever stayed! (I'm 38 & love party holidays but this was just what I needed!)Beautifully, well kept grounds, surrounding areas, flowers & banana trees so pretty!Staff were just unbelievably attentive! Always on-hand to help with fresh towels or umbrella's around the pool, water, drinks & food brought straight to your sunbed area when ordered at the bar, there wasn't anything they wouldn't do for you. Adult only is the only way for this type of place, no screaming kids - bliss!!! Rooms were nice. The 3 of us had a junior suite - queen bed was so comfy and sofa bed in front room. Maids changed bed daily & we had clean towels almost every day.Bar/Restaurant area was beautiful & kept clean & tidy at all times. We were B&B and the food selection was fantastic! Freshly made omlettes, fried eggs, pancakes made for you. 3 fresh juices & so many coffees to choose from! Selection of continental foods lots of cheeses, hams, fruits etc. The hot section was plentiful also. The sweet selection was also amazing - churros, croissants, cheesecakes, hot pouring sauce - endless choice! Oh & Rose & White Cava to help yourself too was a lovely treat! 1 morning they had a live Spanish guitarist playing over breakfast - lovely touch!Pool & Spa area was so pretty & peaceful. Massive swimming pool including swimmer lane. Plenty sunbeds & towels provided. The rooftop pool was amazing as we had a few cooler days so that being 34degrees in heat, the sauna & steam room was just fab! We didn't use the treatments spa but heard it was amazing from others round the pool.Location is secluded but we got taxi's outside the hotel every day/night. We went to Faro lighthouse which is quite up=market restaurant vibe not pubs but had some lovely meals, shops etc. Playa de Ingles Beach is more commercial with pubs, shops, restaurant-bars a lot more going on there. Taxi's were around 4-7Euros / 5mins max to wherever we went, so very cheap! All in all had the BEST time!! :) 11/10 - should be a 5* - impossible but if any bad reviews, ignore!   Amazing yet again

  This was our third stay at club Maspalomas and it just gets better and better. We stayed in a junior suite with the private garden & jacuzzi for ten days. The food I think had got even better than the last time we stayed always plenty of choice and so tasty. We made excellent use of the gym visiting everyday. We also had two massages each at the spa which were lovely. I cannot fault the staff they are just all so kind and welcoming in particular Diego he is such a kind person. Plus all the waiting staff are incredible they work so hard. We have never been back to a hotel before and we thought we would go somewhere else next year but after staying there again we can’t resist!   We stayed 22April for 11 nights half board in a Double deluxe with outdoor bathCheck in was simple with a glass off sparkling wine provided,We arrived early at 1230 however were able to check into room straight away,Room was bright and airy ample storage space mini fridge kettle also ,powerful hairdryer excellent walk in shower and lovely bath in a small enclosure.Complex is all on one level and very easy to get around.Gym was superb we went every day at 0730 windows are all open so not hot and lovely views down to maspalomas lighthousePool was lovely probably 25 meters in length with a permanent swimming lane that was used by many customers pool temperature was set at 28 so lovelyLocation is about 2 km 25 -30 minutes walk to the lighthouse on the front in maspalomas it is a nice walk thought by the nature area left out off hotel then right .Breakfast was delightful all food fresh and cooked on the live stations for eggs ,it is very peaceful and we went about 830 ,On Saturday they have a guitarist so good,Evening meal started at 1900 and was a combination off a daily live station that could be Chinese Thai Curry Italian Paella or Sushi my favourite,They would cook fresh three different meats or three different fish ,many days fresh prawns and mussels and lovely fresh salads,Desserts were also very nice and good choice off cheeses and ice creamEntertainment was every night from 2030 and all acts were superb and went onto about 2200-2230 we just stayed in our seat and watch the acts The bar area shows all the football if required There is a smoking area provided next to the bar with a Tv with football on as wellAll staff are helpful and very professional we would like to mention the following staffAnka Eve Alan the lifeguard and the new girl BeatriceThe overall feel off the hotel is quite and peaceful and the hotel has a lovely feel to it,Evening’s outside having evening meal could get a bit cooler so maybe bring a warmer layer hotel also provided blanketsWe thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be returning end September Thank youEdward and Christine Public Relations, Atención al cliente/recepción at Club Maspalomas Suites & Spa, responded to this review Dear Edward and Christine,Thank you so much for your wonderful and detailed feedback — it truly means a lot to us that you took the time to share your experience.We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed so many aspects of your stay, from the smooth check-in with a welcome glass of sparkling wine to the comfort of your Deluxe room and its facilities.
