Location

This attractive tourist development is located in the exclusive tourist area of Maspalomas in the south of the island. Its perfect location gives guests the chance to count on even more highlights during their holiday; a few kilometres away, they will find beaches, golf courses, Pasito Blanco Marina and access to the motorway, from which they can easily reach any given point on the island. The beach is roughly 1500 m from this holiday village, and Gran Canaria International Airport is approximately 40 km away.

Facility

The holiday apartments were built in 1985 and renovated in 2023. 137 rooms are available. English- and German-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access (no extra charge) is provided to guests. The apartment complex has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The complex has wheelchair-accessible facilities. Everyday necessities can be purchased at the supermarket. The grounds of the complex feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a playroom and a library. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park for no extra charge. Other services include a 24-hour security service, a car hire service, medical assistance, an alarm call service, a laundry service, a coin-operated laundry and a hotel shuttle bus. Active guests can make use of the bicycle hire service (for a fee) to explore the surrounding area. A photocopier is available for guests' business needs.

Rooms

Air conditioning (for a fee) ensures that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. In some rooms, a terrace provides additional space for relaxation. Guests are sure to get a good night's sleep in the sofa bed. Separate bedrooms are available. For young travellers, children's beds can be provided. Guests may safely secure their valuables in a safe for an additional fee. For self-catering guests, there is a well-equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, tea/coffee station and freezer. A direct dial telephone, a TV, an alarm clock and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower. A hairdryer, a vanity mirror, bathrobes and a telephone are available for daily use. As an extra convenience, bathrooms provide cosmetic products. Wheelchair-accessible rooms can also be booked. The complex has non-smoking rooms.

Sport

Whether in need of rest and relaxation or more activity, guests can swim a few lengths of one of the 2 outdoor pools, while children have a special swimming area just for them. A terrace with sun loungers and parasols is available. There is a poolside snack bar as well. The complex offers a wide range of outdoor sports, including basketball and crazy golf. For a fee, guests can also enjoy horse riding. The apartment complex offers numerous indoor sports, including table tennis, darts and table football or, for a fee, billiards. A wellness area with a solarium is available at the complex. Additional leisure activities include an entertainment programme, a kids' club and live music.

Meals

The complex includes a bar. Guests can dine at the restaurant (non-smoking, a buffet, air conditioning and high chairs). Bed and breakfast is offered as a catering option. A generous breakfast buffet guarantees a great start to the day. Diet meals, gluten-free meals, vegetarian dishes, children's meals, organic food, lactose-free food and vegan food can be prepared on request. Baby food (on request) provides for little ones' well being. The complex also offers snacks. The show cooking is a particularly special attraction. The drinks menu includes a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, as well as international brands.

    A good hotel, large rooms. Lovely pool area. Onsite supermarket was a good price. A little bit of a walk from other shops, or into the centre.

    Quiet location, good friendly staff in the restauran, pool bar and reception. The staff are very helpful and quick to ammend things if they go wrong. The young entertainer during the day works hard to make sure everyone has a good time. The housekeeping is wonderful. The common areas are always clean. We are having a wonderful time.

    The pool is beautiful. The staff are ALL so welcoming and so helpful .The apartments are perfect to all your needs.A great central location also to get anywhere else on the island by a regular bus service, plus taxis arrive within minutes also.Absolutely loved our stay, and will definitely return ❤️

    Although the location appears at first site away from bars restaurants etc it is so easy to get around. Our bungalow was a little dated but spacious, exceptionally clean and had everything wecould need for our 2week stay. Could not fault the customer service especially reception staff who were approachable, helpful and friendly throughout our stay. Ate at pool snack bar twice and both times good value and fresh and tasty. Drinks, as expected at most pool bars, were a bit more expensive than in town. The pool area is spotless and very beautiful with plenty of sunbeds. They provide a free bus to maspolomas lighthouse, close to the beach and many beautiful restaurants. Short walk back away from beach areas is a lovely area with stunning high end shops and more lovely restaurants which serve wonderful food at really affordable prices.

    Excellent hotel resort, second time we have been & couldn’t fault it. Stayed in a Premium Bungalow and it was perfect as was the breakfast.
