  Good location close to the yumbo centre, which has plenty of bars and restaurantsNo entertainment in the hotel. Spacious rooms, but air conditioning in the living room rather than in the bedroom. Good value for money. When we arrived late on the Sunday night easy check in but remember to take a copy of your hotel voucher as you need this for check in. On the Monday work was been carried out in the next room to us, went down to reception not to complain, but to ask how long it would be going on for, without any hesitation Sigrun the receptionist moved us to another room which was bigger and it's in rooftop. One bad thing was the sheets didn't get changed for seven days and having oil and sweating they do get dirty, towels we're changed every second day. Was going to book the water park and zoology park but we had to make our own way by taxi at the cost of 20 euros each way so we didn't go.Went camel trekking which was good, but again by taxi but only 6 euros. Also went on the trip to Porto del Morgan dolphin trip was good. But you have to get a bus to get the boat about 30 mins. Market is on every Wednesday and Saturday only 5 min walk from hotel. You must go to sparkles to see the drag show in the yumbo centre free of charge fantastic night.

  Stayed here a few times now and really enjoy it. Staff are very helpful and friendly, on reception, cleaning staff and poolside staff. Room is clean, location is good for beach and nightlife. A couple of pointers, the pool bar only accepts cash, so make sure to have some if you wish to use it, also they will advise you that the magnetic strip on the key card can reset if you put it with your credit card or phone. Take notice of this, because I forgot several times and had to get it reset at reception which can be quite annoying when you're on the 5th floor (my own fault!). Will definitely stay here again.

  Great value for money hotel. Staff were friendly and hard working. Lifeguards were brilliant and pool bar was cheap.

  Been before and liked so much booked again! Even requested same room, not exactly same one, but got the one next door so really pleased! Staff really friendly, location great too! Just near the Kashbah centre and about 10 minute walk from beach. Will be back again soon

  Have just arrived home after a lovely stay here . The apartments are central for everything . Yes they are not the ritz but they are clean , great size and very comfortable . We were fortunate to have a ground floor apartment which if you get the chance , request one . The pool area is immaculate , no sun bed wars and mattresses are provided for the sun beds for extra comfort . The pool is a great size with a lifeguard on duty . The only negative i can say is it wasn’t possible for us to have a late checkout and the facilities aren’t great if you don’t . The staff at the hotel are all very welcoming . We used Jet 2 and their rep Helen was extremely friendly and very helpful. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again - pls note the apartments don’t have air conditioning .
