Location

Located a mere 10-minute drive from Gran Canaria Airport, this hotel is situated 600 m from the sea. The island capital of Las Palmas, the centre of Telde and Melenara Beach may all be reached by car in some 10 min.

Facility

2 single rooms and 16 double rooms are available to guests. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Services such as a baggage storage service and a safe ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. There are also a number of shops that make for great strolling and browsing.     Good for the airport, nice and quiet, but pre-book dinner

    This is a delightful hotel, very quirky, with beautiful decor, very close to the airport, but also very quiet as it's slightly off the beaten track. The location is perfect for the airport, but there isn't anything else around. We ended up booking this at the last minute because our reservations in Las Palmas fell through, and the following day we were flying home. I accidentally booked for 1 person, not 2, so our room was pretty basic, with 2 single beds, although very comfortable. We paid 160Euros, but I've since seen it on other sites for less. There's a very nice sitting room that guests can use, full of personal items belonging to the owners, so I really wouldn't recommend this place for kids. The pool was very pleasant with limited sun beds, but there are deck chairs and a covered sitting area. They have a small honesty bar next to the pool for coffee, but it was very confusing as to what was available; I think we ended up drinking someone else's wine! I got the feeling that the owners liked the place to be cleared out pretty sharpish around check out time, and they did ask if they could get to our room before check out, which was fine, as we were relaxing by the pool. Dinner has to be preordered, which we didn't realise, but they managed to find some chicken for us, which was fine; by this point, all we wanted was a room and a meal before leaving for the airport in the morning. I don't think they serve lunch, so it gets pretty quiet during the day, and there really is nowhere near to go, so I think guests end up having to sort out lunch / snacks for themselves. I liked the interiors, full of antiques, a lot of fake flowers, but all nicely done. I don't think I'd want to stay here again for more than 1 night, but it's a good stopover if you're doing the circuit around the Island. Breakfast was buffet, all fine, served with very nice china in a nice setting.

    Feel at Home in Las Palmas

    Don't miss the opportunity of staying in a beautiful country house from the XVIII century but with all the commodities of a modern hotel. The Cortijo San Ignacio is the perfect place to disconnect and enjoy life while visiting Las Palmas. It's wonderful pool, and beautiful shaded patio invite you to relax after visiting the island. Breakfast and dinner in the wonderful dining room transfer you to another era. The rooms have a confortable size and are nicely decorated with all types of amenities. The service is excellent. Great for large families or groups of friends. You will surely enjoy your stay and feel at home. Thank you Oswaldo.

    Hidden sancturay

    Stayed one night during flight redirectioning. A unique small family hotel hidden under the palms in a green slope opposite to Golf Course. Place had a long and versatile history, even an own chappel. Limited services available. Good and fast wifi. Splendid breakfast.Weekends "concierge" Osvaldo give us a small guide tour and show all the necessary details. Great person, he was THE man in a right position.

    A piece of paradise in Gran Canaria

    We spent a long weekend with friends in Gran Canaria to play golf and enjoy the weather. The surroundings are not what you might expect, but once at the hotel everything disappears. It is a family owned property with different rooms both in the main building and what in the past was the barn. The common areas are spacious and comfortable, with colonial furnitures. It is worth asking to see the family chapel. The pool area is great, sunny and with a big seating area surrounded by palm trees and local forest.The hotel is just 15km from Las Palmas, the main city, with a great restaurant offering, and 10 minutes away from the airport. It is close (50 meters and with an exclusive access) to the El Cortijo golf Course, where PGA tournaments were played in the past. Other courses like Golf de Las Palmas is 15 minutes away and the ones in the south are within 40-45 minutesGreat place for a comfortable golf weekend.

    Optimum quality-price ratio. Exquisite manners from the staff. You can really rest like you where at home.The whole atmosphere is extremely relaxing. The construction is very beautiful.Even the table where breakfast is served is very elegant.An amazing 18-hole golf course is available. Tennis as well.Very well connected to the main highway, you may reach any place in the island very quickly.
