    Great position but upgrade needed

    Booked 1 night for carnival so the room way overpriced paid 110 euros for room only. Reception is tired and needs upgraded to give a warm welcome. Felt 3 stars as soon as i entered. Reception staff friendly . Lift to rooms felt really old and dark. Room 408 a double was very spacious with large bathroom.kitchen area with full frudge and small table top oven, well stocked with utensils if you wanted to cook something. Bed really comfortable. View from the room syraight onto the side of a building. TV worked but only Spanosh stations, occasionaly Euronees in English. In this day and age you should be offering several stations in English and German. Im learning Spanish so wasnt a problem but need to cater to international travellers. Overall an ok stay but not good value for money when im booking into another 3* today for 47 euros.

    well exposed to Las Canteras,nice sound of waves,noisy building site across the street, clean rooms, no toilet brush even after having asked for it,too expensive for what we got, more than a little disappointed

    This hotel wasn’t 3 stars. The rooms were spacious but the hotel is out dated, room wasn’t cleaned properly. The fridge had dead bugs inside. The door handle fell off when I tried to open it. There wasn’t even a kettle in the room. I was given one when I asked but then it was full of black mouldy looking stuff. On the plus side, the staff was very friendly and breakfast was ok. The hotel is in great location near shops and restaurants, also the beach. I would still not give it a 3 star rating. Maximum 2, but then I am being generous.

    This hotel is suitable for couples, families, or single people. It has a lift, and very clean rooms, thanks to Monica! She is very hard working, I was so impressed!The breakfast is not nice, though... many days they even forgot to provide yogurts. Plus once I found a slice of brown bread that had green mold on it...The location is close to the beach, but you need to check the window from left side to be able to view it. However I guess the prices are accordingly?I am truly grateful once again to the housekeeper Monica! She did an amazing job! I wish her superiors cherish her plenty!

    My husband and I say here as part of our two week holiday to the Las Canteras area of Las Palmas. We really enjoyed our stay here the staff were amazing very friendly and helpful, our experience was very good and we will be back again for our third visit. The location is great a stones through away from the ocean and our room had a sea view. Santa Catalina, the mall at Las arenas are also very close to the hotel. Would highly recommend this hotel
