  Good location but not worth the price

  Location is great, very close to the beach, La Sandia shopping center and Yumbo. There is always free spots for car parking around the hotel. Reception is very warm and welcoming, as well the other staff. Wifi works without trouble. Plenty of sundbeds and umbrellas around the pool. But at the other hand, rooms were rather tiny and furniture was outdated. There were signs of very sloppy repainting and fixing everywhere. Lighting in the rooms and outside is awful (they have only cold white light bulbs everywhere). Livingroom/kitchen windowshades are rather transparent, so not much privacy. Roomservice starts early and there is no sign "do not disturb" available (so you just have to wake up, open the door and ask to return them later). Pool towels and deposit-box are for extra charge. Roomservice is available only in every 2nd day (so you'll have it max 3 times during a week-long stay). Not much value for money. Been staying for the same price in Playa del Ingles for much better hotels.

  The apartments were old, wall sockets hanging off with exposed wires, staff had no control over noisy and unruly children and the parents were too busy drinking to look after them. 5 nights it was like a riot going on in the complex with shouting, screaming and kids running around till all hours of the morning. Other guests also complained but nothing was done.

  Brilliant quiet apartments near the beach and amenities but also secluded and private. Regular cleaning and nice staff. Reception opening hours are quite tight so if arriving after 5.30pm get in touch before you arrive. Only negative reviews I’ve seen says the apartments are a little dated. This true but has all you need. The 2 ring hob could be better but we had a great time and would certainly book here again.

  Close to grocery stores. 5 minutes to walk to a larger one who have good prices. It is open everyday from 07:30-22:00 (SuperDino Sandia)Walking distance to Yumbo Center. Shops, restaurants, pharmacy, doctor. Close to the beach. Take left from the entrence. Down 3 min to left and you see a promenade. You can choose to go right and go down the stairs where Hard Rock Cafe is situated. Or go left and down the stairs where the middle of the center is with restaurants. Both places takes you to the beach and many restaurants. The reception has opening hours, but we got very good information before we arrived on how we got the keys from the entrence box and code. Spacious apartment. The refrigerator is large and a smaller freezer. Good size kitchen. Many shelves and cabinets. Kitchen utensils you need are there.Bedroom: liked they had quilts since we vere there in december.Table with chairs. Liked they had a parasoll on the balcony. Here we got 5 chairs and a table.We had a very good 10 day stay. Bathroom is also spacious. (Also a bidet in the room) Liked that the shower is built so no water get on the floor. Room for many toiletry bags.A salong with table. Cloose to the pool.It is possible to wash clothes there. We did not need it, but we liked the possibility. Table tennis. You can rent a safe in the room.

  Very close to sea front, with plenty of restaurants, bars and shops - only downside is that you have to walk down 80+ steps.Complex has a nice pool and plenty of room to sit around. Apartments are basic, but very clean. Towels were changed every other day and bedding was changed once during our weeks stayWe stayed in number 34, bedroom was very dark, with no window.Well equipped kitchen and nice patio.Free WiFi, but a bit patchy depending where you were.Friendly and helpful receptionist. You can also buy water, pop and ice cream there.Overall, good value for money and highly recommended
