Location

This complex is located just 10 m from the nearest beach and dunes, approximately 150 m from the town's famous lighthouse. It is just a few paces from a selection of restaurants and shops, and links to the public transport network are situated about 250 m away. There are many bars and a lively nightlife scene to enjoy roughly 1 km from the complex. The centre of San Fernando is 5 km away, and the complex is 18 km from Vecindario.

Facility

Guests have a choice of 7 studios. English- and German-speaking staff are happy to assist and advise. To ensure guests a comfortable and relaxing stay, the apartment hotel provides various services and facilities, including a safe, a car hire service, medical assistance, a laundry service and a fax machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Parking facilities available to guests include a garage and a car park. Services include a hotel shuttle bus. A bicycle hire service (for a fee) gives guests the opportunity to explore the surrounding area independently.

Rooms

Rooms feature a kitchen and a bathroom. A fan ensures comfortable temperatures. Guests have mountain view from the balcony or terrace, which are standard amenities of some rooms. A safe and a minibar are also available. Additional features include a refrigerator, a microwave and a tea/coffee station. A trouser press is provided for guests' convenience. A telephone, a flatscreen television with satellite/cable channels, a radio and WiFi are provided as well. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub, as well as a hairdryer.     A fabulous stay at El Capricho apartments

    For the past few years we have tried to stay at the El Capricho apartments in El Oasis, Maspalomas but they have always been fully booked so it was lucky for us that they had a cancellation the week prior to Christmas. The apartments look directly over the wonderful Maspalomas dunes, the charca, beach and sea. We stayed upstairs in apartment 4 and spent many hours on the large sun drenched balcony which is fully equipped with umbrella, outside table and chairs as well as a sofa for lounging. A great place for having a glass of wine whilst watching the world go by and enjoying the ever changing light and shadow to the dunes. Inside, the apartment is fully equipped for everyday comfortable living and sleeping scoring 10 out of 10 in our books. The location of El Capricho also scores 10 out of 10 as it is in a quiet area, next to the beach, within easy walking distance of restaurants, bars and shops. The ever attentive Mario looked after us extremely well. He recommended restaurants, suggested places to visit on the island and organised transportation to and from the airport. Enrico too kindly brought us wine and biscuits on Christmas Eve. A great stay and would recommend it to couples who are looking for something special.

    We just returned from a fabulous week in El Capricho. Thanks to Mario and wonderful staff they made our stay most enjoyable and relaxing. The location is perfect, on the beach and close to bars restaurants and shops. We have booked a return visit later this year, can't wait.

    the first visit to this place was a very good time, we spend 2 weeks in November.everything you need is available!great balcony with sun 8.30 - 17.00 hrs PERFECTOThe host Mario makes it perfect all our questions and needs are realized, from local restaurants till ultimate places to visit.we comeback for sure!!!

    El Capricho Apartementos is run by Enrique, Mario and Juani. All 3 did their outmost to service us for 18 days. The apartment is celebrating it's 50 year anniversary, and is the best located small accommodation we have seen in Maspalomas. Very close to the beach, shops and restaurants. It's "only" a 2 star, but the view is 6 stars worth. Cleaning 2-3 days a week, incl fresh towels and linens. Very nice place for couples. We have been visiting GC several times the last 10 years, and this is for sure the place we will return to next time. Thank you for everything you did for us, to make our stay so enjoyable.     One of the best located rentals in Maspalomas.Nothing was too much trouble for Mario and his staff, and the whole experience was delightfully relaxed. The apartment was fresh and clean and the standard was maintained throughout the stay with cleaning fresh sheets and towels plus regular domestic cleaning. The beach is 50mtrs away across a sweeping promenade, and the bus terminal is 5mins walk as is the excellent shopping area that is Meloneras. Shops and resteraunt/bars are plentiful! I cannot praise the apartment El Capricho highly enough, and thoroughly recommend it for a stress free vacation.
