The complex is situated 100 m from the beach promenade, and about 400 m from Playa del Inglés, and shopping and entertainment areas (Tropical, Kasbah and Metro).
Guests have a choice of 9 apartments. The safe can securely store guests' valuables. Wireless internet access (for a fee) allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The grounds of the apartment hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park.
