  Number of minor inconveniences in apartment ranging from bathroom door sliding forward and locking and then refusing to unlock. Luckily my wife was on hand to open lock with a knife from other side. Apartment door required a particular technique to open. Parasol on balcony stayed up only if propped against a wall.Reception is effectively closed. This in turn means that arriving guests dropped off without entry codes require the good will of fellow guests to be admitted. Same applies for deliveries. Sometimes cleaners/ maintenance act as reception if on site. No problem with cleaning staff.Communication with management is through a WhatsApp chat system. The information provided is in turn either wrong or misleading and leads to serious confusion. Beware of paying for safe. A number of guest paying for this service found that safes would not open and waited several days for someone to fix the situation.

  Nice wee complex. Beds were comfortable and the apartments were big. Only thing is there’s no lifts for carrying cases, apart from that it was good.Staff friendly and the place is decorated to a nice standard. Would definitely stay again. Thanks

  Inconsiderate Spanish

  Stayed here in May and had a great relaxing time so booked again for end of June but the experience this time was a joke firstly no code or room number Sent by text last time it was so we ended up phoning the number on booking. Com to get in the room I guess it's the Spanish holidays because they basically overtook what is only a small pool every day from morning till night throwing stuff bombing the small pool the parents took every sunbed at nights so couldn't get one so close to chucking them in the pool 1 night this place would be a great adults only place I usually stay in the florida apts but 3 days into our stay the receptionist who was a total waste of time asked us to check in only because she thought we hadn't paid her face when I proved I had then I asked cud we av a late check out only a couple of hrs baring in mind we didn't get there till 10pm at night she said come back Saturday at 11am which is check out time anyway couldn't risk being told no so left it another night we asked for a taxi she said I've only got a maspolomas number lol its a shame about wat happened coz these are great apartments with superb cleaning staff but if u want peace and quiet try May coz the Spanish take over and look at u like we shudnt be there in June

  Too smaller pool to have kids running splashing everyone

  When my pagage holiday ended we decided to book into this hotel to extend our holiday , its a lovely hotel with lovely staff , very clean and comfortable and was planning on booking again , but on last day I think Spanish family booked in and basically took over pool , the kids were running splashing everywhere, people were getting up and leaving ,it's a small pool it's a small area , it's called consideration to others sitting around pool, such a shame , this has definatly put me off booking this hotel again ,

  Good location.Rooms spacious Balcony largeCons:Balcony was unused due to your neighbours being inconsiderate ie allowing their children to climb into your Balcony to collect their ball while you are sitting there.People sitting on the connecting wall.Rooms were clean. But they could have been betterOur car was parked outside our accommodation and was towed due the hotel next door being refurbished which was not clearly marked 160 euros to get it It was in a parking bay with no restrictions. police said hotel should have informed us about parking restrictions. I had booked 5 rooms for next year for a birthday celebration I have now cancelled
