Location

Ideal for active holidaymakers and singles, this apartment hotel is situated in a quiet area in Maspalomas, about 2.2 km from the beach. There is a bus stop directly just outside the door.

Facility

Guests can enjoy the pleasant ambience of one of the 84 apartments. English- and German-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Services and facilities include a baggage storage service, a safe, a car hire service, a transfer service and a laundry service. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas (no extra charge). A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. A bicycle hire service (for a fee) gives guests the opportunity to explore the surrounding area independently.

Rooms

Rooms feature a living area and a bathroom, and air conditioning ensures just the right temperature. A balcony or terrace is among the standard features of some rooms.     The location was far away from social life and it’s far away from beaches as well , so nothing around really. We hired a car to drive everywhere. The staff were mixed feelings, one receptionist, lady from Albania was so rude that it was beyond anything, she was threatening to leave us on the street with my mom 83 years old and my niece 12 years old because was misunderstanding between hotel and company I’ve booked holidays. For our rescue we had met the sweetest Spanish receptionist Ińaki , who resolved the problem. Waitress all over were nice and friendly, Andrian and others . I would never come back again there . What was nice that we had our terrace with our small two storage small villa and the pool just one step away, restaurant was also 2 steps away. The food was 3 days really tasty , however others we could not eat , was always cold and not impossible to eat . The room cleanliness was awful, wasn’t enough towels and sheets were stained

    Just arrived back from a wonderful 4 days at this small, friendly resort. The staff were so helpful, the lovely young man at reception provided us with lots of information on arrival. Adrian the waiter was so attentive and made sure my daughter had her gluten free bread every morning, he also made lovely cocktails we had his amazing mojitos, at the pool bar. The one bed, duplex apartments sleep four with double sofa bed on the ground floor where there is also a mall kitchen area, no cooker but hob and microwave, the very large bed was very comfortable and it was very clean. Air conditioned in the bedroom and not the lounge area downstairs, although I think that it depends on the room as some people had A/C in both rooms. Breakfast was lovely, plenty to choose from and the chef made us fresh omelette every morning. Would definitely stay again, it’s quieter during the day which suited us and was very chilled. Pool beds were also very comfortable and larger than normal. Food in the evening looked very nice but we like to go out and try different place.

    We have just had the best week as a family. The hotel staff are so extremely friendly and helpful, especially the woman who welcomed us at reception (sorry didn’t get her name). When we arrived we hadn’t pre booked so wasn’t hopeful we would be able to stay (we booked a different hotel that turned out to be awful). We arrived late and very stressed and the lady at reception really helped us, showing us the room before we paid and reassuring us we would be looked after. Throughout our stay she kept checking in on us to make sure we were enjoying ourselves. We had breakfast everyday which was good, spent time at the pool and the rest of the holiday explored the island. The room at this hotel was clean and spacious, very comfortable and has aircon upstairs. If you are looking for a 5* resort holiday with a kids club, on the beach and 7 day a week entertainment, this hotel isn’t that but for a more budget holiday that is clean, enioyable, not overcrowded and feels very homely - this hotel is perfect. We would absolutely return.

    Lovely resort in a quiet area,very relaxing stay,this was our second time staying here,we came back as the staff are very welcoming and helpful,we had breakfast each morning and it was very nice with plenty to choose from,rooms are spacious and bed is very comfy cleaning ladies very friendly but staying 7 nights our bed was.only changed on our last day there which working in hotels myself isn't acceptable,but would stay again
