Location

This modern bungalow complex lies in Campo de Golf, peacefully located by a golf course. Public transport departs from stops just a few paces away and restaurants, bars, shopping venues as well as the tourist centre are all within 800 m of the hotel. The dune beach of Maspalomas is roughly 2 km from the hotel and there is a shuttle bus service. Within 4 km, guest will find the lively centre of Playa del Inglés.

Facility

Guests can enjoy the pleasant ambience of one of the 114 junior suites. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions.     A fantastic welcome was only the start of a hugely enjoyable stay here. I had the all inclusive holiday through jet2 and the three meals provided every day were nutritious, tasty and varied. I noticed there were good choices for vegan and non gluten diners. Some drinks and cocktails were included. Bravo to the chef. The staff are wonderfully helpful and speak English and German as well as Spanish. Special mention to Paula and Moana. It is perfectly located between the jambo centre and the beaches near Faro. But poor planning by the island means it is a circuitous route to either by foot. Thankfully the hotel provide an hourly shuttle bus until 12.45 to Maspalomas and a less frequent one into Las Palmas until 5. Taxis can be called at reception and a trip to either is €6. The only drawbacks are with the gym, which needs to fill in the missing freeweight section, no mirrors to check form and generally uninspiring assortment of machines and kettlebells. No labelling on the weights either. Also the decor within the rooms is faded and needs a freshen up. Throughout the complex there are little jobs that need to be done to warrant 5 stars. If you like your peace and quiet then try getting one of the suites on the outer ring, especially if you have young children who need to be in bed before 8. Poolside music and entertainments can be loud. Really great value for money.

    Stayed here on a half board basis, I was late checking in , they had a food waiting for me at the pool side bar , room was fine comfortable and clean , housekeeping was 1st class , all staff where very attentive, some of the reviews I’ve read , I really don’t know what some people are looking for , only one little thing Tea/Coffee making facilities in the room would be appreciated

    This could be a good budget hotel. But unfortunately it is not a safe hotel and the hotel does not seem to care about its guests.Even though it was 3 months since I stayed at the hotel, I have not received any feedback whatsoever on the theft that occurred at the hotel.Even though the hotel has a 24/7 reception, a fenced area and (as they claim) camera surveillance, my bike was stolen.Even though the bike was locked outside my bungalow, the thief wandered out through the reception early in the morning.The hotel has not responded to me as a guest. Which I interpret as them not caring about their guests.Good at the hotel:Good and varied selection in the restaurant, nice pool area, nice staff in the restaurant, very nice and welcoming New Year's celebrationBad at the hotel:Dilapidated accommodation, lack of internet, only Spanish TV channels, cold water in the pools, poor security, incompetent management

    Very poor hygiene and disappointing maintenance

    We had a very disappointing stay at this hotel.The air conditioning unit in our room was full of visible mold and dirt (see attached photos). There was also a clear damp, musty smell in the room throughout our stay. This is not only unpleasant but also a serious health concern, especially when traveling with children.When we raised this issue with staff at checkout and questioned how often the units are cleaned, the employee simply shrugged and gave no explanation. This lack of concern was both surprising and disappointing.Additionally, the bed sheets were clearly stained early in our stay after some sunscreen got on them. Despite this being very visible, the sheets were not changed during our stay, which is simply not acceptable in a hotel.The parking area was also in very poor condition. It was extremely uneven and bumpy, to the point where we were genuinely concerned about damaging the underside of our car.Overall, this stay did not meet even basic expectations for cleanliness and maintenance. We would not recommend this hotel.

    Really clean rooms cleaned and fresh towels daily. All inclusive always something to choose keep clean and good service in restaurants and bar. They are renewing sunbeds around the pool. We arrived after a storm so internet was out took a couple of days to restore a intermittent service. Tv in room only had Spanish channels which was also linked to the Internet. This was the only complaint but it did have a big impact. I have been to cheaper hotels which had English channels.
