Location

Situated in the residential area of El Monte Lentiscal, this hotel lies close to the capital, Las Palmas. A number of restaurants and bars can be found in the hotel's immediate vicinity, whilst public transport links are also on the establishment's doorstep. The Auditorio Alfredo Kraus, the exhibition site and the centre of town can be reached in just 10 min by car. Las Canteras beach is approximately 12 km away. Facility

The hotel has 8 junior suites, 4 single rooms and 28 double rooms, which are located on 4 storeys and are reachable by lift. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out.     Nice hotel for a short break only

    Stayed for a week, booked through Cachet Travel in the UK.A large, well run hotel, very clean and with a good breakfast. Professional staff. We didn't see anything of the attached "Hotel School".Actually in Monte Lentiscal, about a 10 minutes drive from Santa Brigida. On a very busy suburban road.This is a fairly good touring centre to see most of the island but a week here is too long. I suggest 3 nights then book the rest of your week elsewhere.There are several restrictions to the hotel for a lengthy stay: very limited and repetitive evening menu, few alternative dining options locally (particularly Monday to Wednesday) without driving some distance, no room fridge (advertised on the website), no residents bar open when we stayed, no swimming pool ( this is notified on the website) and no hotel car park with very difficult on road parking only.So, a good quality hotel with professional staff, suitable for overnight or a short break- but not for a week.

    A very nice hotel, clean and quiet

    Very quiet and particularly clean.For people who like a bit of rest after an active day. Beds are large and comfortable.The bathroom is a bit old but very clean.The staff is very friendly.The food is basic but very well displayed and fresh. The restaurant is also nice with a view on the garden.Not very expensive (roughly the same price) compared to the horrible three stars seaside resort we experienced later.

    Disappointing experience

    I was very disappointed with this stay. The room was dark, with a very small window, no view, and it was quite noisy, especially with an elevator next door.Beds placed with direct vision to the door, not very relaxing, and the lighting in the room was awful. The beds are on wheels, so they move when you turn in the bed! Bathroom not clean - why is it impossible for hotels to not have black mold in bathrooms?! Towels leaving fluff everywhere. Toilet running. Outlets only working when lights turned on.

    I’ve stayed here twice. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Beds are terrific! Bathrooms are very clean. Food is excellent, breakfast and dinner. Highly recommend staying here. Parking can be difficult but really loved the quality and staff. Very friendly and helpful.

    We had a select room (a kind of a junior suite) with a bedroom and somehow separated living area. Balcony was small but enough for a table with 2 chairs and a nice view to the well maintained park. The bathroom is functional but needs to be renovated (shower is in the bathtub, this is not any more up to date). The room has a minibar (refrigerator). This is not the case for the small rooms.Everything is very clean and houskeeping is doing a good job.Very friendly staff. The breakfast is excellent with a good variety of food (hot and cold). They offered a variety of eggs made to order, Spanish tortilla, creatively cooked vegetables. Different items every day. The bread variety is is good but not exciting.We were not able to use the pool/ spa (renovation?). This seems to be ongoing for a while.Very good value for money!
