    Very nice people - cleaning is working very well and I'm very sad I didn't tip her ;(Place is close to everything - kitchen could be better but when you only need a bed and a bathroom it's perfect for exploring Playa del Ingles :)

    Great position, great venue, great staff!Rooms are clean and the cleaning service is on point, they come every 2 days for cleaning the whole apartment and changing towels. The working crew is very welcoming and they will do everything to make you feel comfortable.

    Must admit on arrival late at night i had to ring number to get key from a lock on the external door ,I was placed on bottom floor and was pleasantly surprised at the lovely clean room, everything was in there what was needed ,good night sleep and next day a man came to my room to introduce and take details ,kind friendly and showed me were the pool was it was quiet and peaceful,and clean,I couldn't falt my stay the cleaner was a lovely girl and did her job well ,i left her 25 euros as working in the heat and was v kind ,never rude ,I would stay here again as you were left to your own devices with all equipment u needed,shops resteraunts beech 150 m away

    Stayed here for a week in April. These apartments are very clean, as are the surroundings and pool area. Great location, close to the beach kasbah and yumbo centre. Whilst they are basic, you get everything you need. The manager was very friendly as were the cleaning staff. Only downside is the boiler dosent really hold enough hot water. No problem for me as I have short hair, but my wife struggled to wash her hair and shower at the same time. You have to wet yourself, turn off the water. Apply shower gel and shampoo then turn water back on to rinse off. Not a massive problem. Then wait again for the boiler to heat up again before you can use the shower again.I'd definitely stay here again as they offered everything I wanted. If it wasn't for the boiler I'd have given it 4/5.
