Ideal for beach holidaymakers and families, this spa hotel is situated in a quiet area in San Agustín, approximately 500 m from the sandy beach.

Facility

Multilingual staff at the 24-hour reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities available at the resort include a safe, currency exchange service, cash machine and drinks machine. Wireless internet access is provided to guests. The resort has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. There are also a number of shops that make for great strolling and browsing. The grounds of the resort feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional facilities include a playroom. Various wellness options are available at the resort, including a spa, massage treatments, spa treatments, acupuncture treatments, hydrotherapy treatments, thalassotherapy treatments, Ayurveda treatments and aromatherapy. Guests of all ages have the opportunity to enjoy a fun entertainment programme.

Meals

Dining facilities include 2 restaurants, a café, a bar and a lobby bar. Catering options include all-inclusive and all-inclusive special.     4th visit & gets better every time. All staff are so friendly & the hotel is very clean. Restaurant is much better after the refurbishment & food much hotter. Entertainment in the evenings is good & bad & not as good as last year to be fair. Plenty of space for getting a sunbed although not a fan of the saltwater pool. Already booked for ‘27

    Is a nice place, friendly staff but the food is a dezastre , no many choices and everyday is the same. I came here with my son no food for kids . Very disappointed for the amount of money i paid for all inclusive service

    Reception staff and there are lots of them mostly miserable and un helpful.Pool area cleaners work so hard in morning trying to clean around all the saved sun beds full by 8.30!!.Dinning room staff especially Gemma excellent .Out of control children grabbing food by hand etc and most unsupervised.one evening 3 boys putting hands into chocolate fountain. Plates piled with sweets and sauce dripping all over floor .Not stopped by the male supervisor who left the women to deal with it .SMOKERS ...everywhere .on sun loungers in pool bar etc most outside seats were smoking areas.Both sides of our room were smokers so couldn't sit out and if we left towels out they stank .Even one of the animation staff who had day of came down and led on sunbed between children and began smoking. Not a good look ..Adult area under renovation. So small pool crammed.Children's pool and splash pool are too small for number of guests .Food first week excellent .Second week awful .maybe because there were much more guests?Would not return because of the smoking and it really was bad and because the hotel management ignore the breaking of the rules and boundaries they set!!

    Overall a fabulous hotel with plenty to recommend and only one or two minor issues which didn't really spoil my holiday. Hotel is spotlessly clean, my room on the 6th floor had a great view over the pool and towards the sea. Sunbeds were some of the best I've come across and whilst I was there no shortage of them or parasols. My room was massive - 2 beds joined together, a sofa. Fridge, tea and coffee making facilities, 2 large wardrobes and plenty of drawer space. Only 2 lifts seemed to be working and that meant short waits occasionally. Buffet restaurant is large, plenty of staff on hand. Breakfast was particularly good with a wide choice of foods. I was less impressed with the evening offerings but as the hotel is catering to many different nationalities I accept others probably loved it. There were a couple of themed evenings in the week I was there - A Mexican night complete with Mariachi band, and a Chinese night. I think if you are going to serve Chinese Stir Fry you need to do this at a special station where it's cooked fresh in front of guests. Cooking it in the kitchen and leaving it to sadly wilt isn't ideal

    Loud music still on while lights on balcony automatically go off

    We were very annoyed to have the lights on our balcony go off at 11pm preventing us reading !First thought was that is the hotel go quiet time, why not… but to hear the music still blasting makes it incomprehensible !10€ deposit, only in cash to get a towel : how inconvenient ! We had to go to the ATM just for that…Buffet food quality was poor… (duck confit and pork pieces of meat were very tough). Hygiene of the buffet doesn’t inspired us: no hand sanitizers available, and the rule about kids being served by parents is not followed by guests and not enforced by staff. Not very re assuring to see kids put their hands in food, particularly dessert and ice-creams !!!!
