8 junior suites, 15 suites and 227 double rooms are located on 11 storeys and can be reached by lift. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions.     Was here for 10 days left yesterday. The hotel was absolutely lovely with split room ,nice sea view. The food was good alot of choice. But the restaurants that were included for all inclusive that u could use there was no information on which one's u could use for your fully inclusive . The hot tube was in the spa which u have to pay for but doesn't tell u that on the facilities on the tui web site not sure if u had to pay to swimm in the adult pool as that was in the spa area. there was a shopping bazaar with to gifts shops in and a gift shop opposite the hotel plus a chemist. Needs and information board to explain more about wot u get for your all inclusive. We arrived at midnight with only one staff member there were alot of people arriving the same time so was along wait. A gentleman did come and ask if we wanted anything to eat. More for family than couples.     Absolutely amazing holiday. Hotel was spotless and clean throughout. Staff were friendly and so helpful. And the cleaners and waiting staff extremely hard working. Clean towels and room daily. Swimming pool and all outside areas spotlessly clean too. Food was really nice good selection and variety every day. Entertainment was a bit hit and miss of an evening. But overall had a brilliant holiday would definitely return back here!     Foods amazing and very clean!

    We went there with a 4 year old and a 2 year old and it was perfect for them and their nan, who could equally relax. The whole site felt very safe, lifeguards constantly watching the pool and even saw one jump in, anticipating a baby wandering close to the edge before it became a problem. Contrary to previous reviews, the “screaming kids” was just a standard buzz of people enjoying themselves. Everywhere we went was extremely clean, from the rooms, poolside and restaurant, it was spotless. Air con wasn’t the strongest but it wasn’t particularly hot whilst we were there, I’d worry if it hit 30+. From previous reviews I was concerned about the food before we went, but every single thing we ate was fresh and tasted amazing. Multiple live cooking stations, fresh fish and pork, as well as a chef cooking stir fry of your choosing. All packed with flavour. Pools were a bit cold but that goes with the weather. We took part in some quiz nights and watch some entertainment, was fairly standard but the kids enjoyed it.     Pleasant stay but a better young family hotel. Not really catering for adults without children. My big complaint is the hotel answering my survey by thanking my husband for his reply.
