  Very comfortable and spacious bungalow. Perfect for family holidays with everything you may need.The very well maintained facilities, beautiful gardens to walk around. No more need.But the best of all the staff, an i improveable treatment, attentive and willing to help

  We’ve had a lovely week here but it defiantly could be a 4 star very easily .Cleaners didn’t clean very well , food wasn’t too bad but could be better not much for the kids and I was getting fed up of eating the same , not much in entertainment either .Antonio the manger was very nice let us stay in our bungalow which also was very nice free of charge because of a late flight he came and checked on us later see if everything was ok .   If you want a 4 star hotel, this is not for you

  Firstly this is a 3* hotel, this is not a 4* hotel as advertised by Jet2 and EasyJet.Stayed here for 10 nights 10-20th May. The first few days / nights I was thinking where have we come away to. Everything was lacking - food extremely poor, entertainment non existent. It was very quiet when we first arrived and after the first few days it did start to pick up so wondering whether this was reflected at the beginning of the trip Positives Rooms are fab - we have a young child and having the extra space of a living area was a god send. Breakfast - best meal of the day Staff - majority of staff are super friendly, great with the kids, always greeted with a friendly face at meal times and will help with anything you need Hotel grounds - kept immaculate Drinks - AI drinks are ok, there are some extra charges for the more popular cocktailsBus to beach - very handy and made what would be quite a walk a lot more pleasant NegativesFood Main restaurant - as mentioned before the first 3 days the food offerings we diabolical, we aren’t fussy and regularly go to AI hotels. This was below standard, everything was cold and nothing labelled. However after the third day I found the food offerings improved, still not amazing but was able to put a semi meal together but was still cold. We found if you went earlier, it was better so I would recommend going for food within the first hour of the restaurant opening. The breakfast offering was decent and had no issues here. Snack bar - terrible. Food left out all day until it was eaten, everything cold and not rotated. This didn’t improve throughout the stay, we avoided and ate in main restaurant or got snacks from the shop for lunch. Pools - I can imagine when it’s a lot warmer they are more pleasant but every pool was cold. The baby pool next to the main pool did feel like it was a lot warmer than the rest. The splash park was also closed for come of our sta which wasn’t advertised by Jet2. Construction work - not advertised by Jet2 so this was a surprise. There was work around the pool for some of our stay, the bar is also being refurbished so has been replaced with a temp bar (which is a bus). This did cause some noise throughout the day and whilst eating breakfast. Entertainment - hit and miss, depends what you like. There is zero atmosphere around the pool area, no music etc. We prefer a little more going on that what is in this hotel, so if you are the same please bear in mind. The evening entertainment was ok, the team do go out of their way to make sure you have a laugh and a good time. This finishes at 10pm and bar closes at 11pm.Extra charges : safe (not sure on cost), pool towels (15€ deposit per towel), iron (10€ deposit, 4€ per day), spa (10€ if you are a hotel guest).The resort - we personally wouldn’t return to Gran Canaria we didn’t feel as though it was a family friendly resort. Please also be careful if you are wondering around later at night / intoxicated as someone had their phone stolen outside the hotel by a chancer. All in all it was an average stay, I wouldn’t return to this hotel but it is a good top end 3*.   Ideal if your deaf.

  It’s actually a nice place but…. All inclusive turns off when it actually works, drinks are self service and often no glasses, no product, broken pumps. The main area is nice but they have building work very loud angle grinders while eating breakfast and again while trying to relax. The cleaners make beds, put the cushions back and stack the chairs outside if they come. The ants just outside our bungalow are more productive. Other than that Great!!!!
