  This place is fantastic trust me, it has always served its purpose when with the family but on a business trip it exceed my expectations too!! 👏👏 staff were fantastic and all amenities were also close by too, had been for 3yrs due to health issues but they still remembered me, WOW. Thoroughly recommend this site👍👍👏👏

  If you are looking for a place with a great view, it is not your choice. From both bedrooms, we could see only the walls of the neighboring buildings and a small backyard with equipment. The main room (hall) had big windows and a door, looking on the opposite side of the town (this view was quite nice but not extraordinary). The rooms are big enough, basically equipped, nice, and clean. The apartments have a big balcony with a table and chairs. The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary in good condition (all equipment worked fine). The place is comfortable located as there are the city shopping mall nearby and the beach 10-15 min walk with all touristic infrastructure (bars, cafes and etc.). But in the rooms it was quiet enough. Angry Birds park 5 min away and one municipal children playground nearby. The sandy beach is very good even for the kids to swim (when we lived there were no big waves at all). The hotel have two swimming pools: one for kids and another for adults. It ws claimed that they are heated. But we noticed that if one was heated another was not.Three things bothered us:1) Narrow spiral stairs on the second floor (we had a lot of luggage and it was uncomfortable to carry everything on the second floor). 2) There was no free wifi (and it was more expensive to buy it even than to use your subscription in the roaming, we came from Finland).3) Very small clotheshorse. At first, I didn't find it, but then I did (it was integrated into the wall on the balcony). It was too small for our company of 5 people (2 adults and 3 kids), and it was uncomfortable to dry towels and swimming suits.

  Great hotel, but charging for WIFI in 2020 is a major down point.

  Great hotel! Really cant fault muchClean rooms and pretty spacious, cleaned every other day and change of towels too. Staff are great, as are the cleaners. Pool area can get congested, but never really had a problem. Just the usual towel-bed claimers who didn't show up until late in the day... Madness, why do they do this?Stairs from the centre might be a problem to some people. Noticed many taking rests halfway up the stairs! Heard an old couple referring it to "Thrombosis Hill" 🙄Safe is €20, with €5 returned, WIFI is €15, which is a bit disappointing in 2020! Free WIFI would have got the hotel 5 stars from me.

  Stayed here I would not recommend this place ,you dont get fresh towels every day every second day they throw your towels on a wall where you have to pick up yourself no sheets changed at all the day before we left after our week they decided to clean our apartment. Our toilet was broke and started to leak was waiting two days ,very bad customer service very rude,nothing is free you even have to pay for wifi.awful location loads of steps up to the higher bedrooms and loads of steps down to the shopping mall,the lift closes at 9pm.for what we paided for a week it was a discrase would never stay here again complete joke

  In my opinion these apartments are really underrated.We arrived on 21st December at 1.30pm. Our apartment (630) wasn't ready so we popped up to the pool bar for a freshly made pizza and a glass of wine. We were told to go back for our key but didn't need to as the Receptionist brought it up to us.Apartment 630 is a terraced apartment. We couldn't fault the cleaning, bed/towel changing.. we came back to towel animals on a few occasions. The cleaner noticed we had a bottle of champagne and went and got us champagne flutes without being asked.Yes, these apartments are basic. There is no AC or hairdryer..you getvwhat you pay for.Over the Christmas period it got a bit crowded round the pool area. It is high season in GC at this time of year so only to be expected. The pool was never too cold to swim in.You can hire safes from Reception. There is a washing machine and dryer which you can but tokens for.It's a short walk down a small set of steps to the main commercial centre where there's an abundance of bars and restaurants.The new Mogan Mall is very nice and it had a number of free concerts on over the duration of our stay.A 20 minute slow stroll will take you to the beach. To the right you will find the Passarella centre where there are bars and restaurants. To the left is Puerto Base which has a selection of restaurants and a nice cocktail bar. If you keep on walking another 10 minutes from Puerto Base you go into a tunnel which brings you to the Los Olas centre, small but some good restaurants too.There are a few good supermarkets around to buy your provisions. Our favourite is the Spar at Mogan Market.. directly across the road from the new mall.This is our second stay at these apartments and wouldn't hesitate to return.
