Location

Lying amidst pleasant gardens, this bungalow complex is centrally located at the heart of Playa del Inglés and yet still enjoys a tranquil atmosphere due to its sprawling grounds. Countless shopping and entertainment venues are to be found close by and links to the public transport network as well as Kasbah shopping centre can be reached in just a few minutes' walk (300 m - 600 m away). The nearest sandy beach is just 1.5 km away and can easily be reached by making use of the excellent bus links. The airport is located around 30 km away.

Facility

The bungalow complex has a lift and features 95 rooms and 20 studios. The reception desk is open round the clock. Amenities include a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access (for a fee) is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. Everyday necessities can be purchased at the supermarket. The grounds of the complex feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional facilities include a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park. Further services and facilities include a childcare service, a car hire service, medical assistance, a transfer service, a laundry service, a hairdresser, a coin-operated laundry, a hotel doctor and a hotel shuttle bus. Rooms

Air conditioning and adjustable central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Guests can enjoy the garden view from a balcony or terrace. Rooms have a king-size bed or a sofa bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Children's beds and extra beds can be requested for younger guests. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. The kitchenette comes with a refrigerator, a microwave and a tea/coffee station. A washing machine is provided for guests' convenience. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels and WiFi (for a fee) are provided as well. Slippers are included. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. Sport

The outdoor pool complex includes a children's swimming area and is ideal for working out or just relaxing. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. A variety of refreshing drinks await guests at the pool bar. The complex offers a range of outdoor sport, including bocce, golf and archery or, for a fee, cycling/mountain biking, tennis and crazy golf. Water sports enthusiasts are offered water aerobics. Sport and leisure facilities at the complex include table tennis, billiards and callisthenics. After a long day, guests can recharge in the wellness area, which offers a solarium or, for a fee, a sauna and massage treatments. The complex offers plenty of activities and entertainment options, including an entertainment programme, a kids' club and a kids' disco.

Meals

Dining facilities include a restaurant (with high chairs), a bar and a pub. Catering options include half board and all-inclusive. All-inclusive holidaymakers enjoy special extras like snacks, in addition to a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. A generous breakfast buffet, lunch and a comprehensive dinner buffet offer plenty of delicious variety.

    As a couple in our late 20s we could not fault this hotel. We arrived early and as our room wasn’t ready, they let us into a shower room to freshen up and start making use of the all inclusive. We stayed in a superior bungalow and it was huge! Very clean and modern. The staff have been nothing but friendly and helpful. The hotel was super quiet (in a nice way) as in we never had to queue for any food or drink. Straight in every time. The food for an all inclusive was actually more than fine! Plenty of choice and was warmer than a lot of all inclusive we’ve been to before. Drinks were great and we love that you could help yourself to a lot of it. Upgraded cocktails were worth paying for. The room was cleaned daily and fresh towels provided for the pool each day with a token card. You can tell it’s in the process of being refurbished as one of the pools was out of use. Even with a pool down, we could rock up at 11am and there would still be available sun beds. All in all, a very good stay and we would return again. Thank you.     With out doubt the worst hotel I have ever been to … ever!I don’t even know were to start other than firstly advising that if you are thinking of booking … don’t! If you have already booked, see if you can get a refund … it will be worth the admin fee !!The entertainment- or animation team as they dare to call themselves - is the worst, none existent entertainment I have have ever seen. The team really don’t have a clue what they are doing or how they should be “entertaining “. I’ve seen them scare the children half to death by constantly trying to get them toJoin in the “mini disco” even after they have said multiple times they don’t want to whilst clinging on to there parents pleading not to be dragged up to join. Vivienne ( I think that’s her name) is totally clueless as to how to engage with people and watching her attempt to host the mini disco is nothing short than cringeworthy….. straight to the point , there is entertainment!!The “all inclusive “ is everything but. We asked for a bottle of water in 32degree heat and they said bottled water is extra. AllCocktails ( there are 3 of them to choose) are premixed and disgusting. The food - don’t get it if it is thick cut, it isn’t cooked through…. And there isn’t much choice of anything else.Snack- stale breakfast items left out for the rest of the day with some dry burgers thrown in.Rooms are the most basic and dated. Booked for 3 persons , two beds and a bench in the front room with a prison mattress on it.Advertised as having 3 pools - we are here now, only one small family pool open. Kids pooland adults pool closed, both with the entire floors ripped out meaning the small main pool is rammed.Cleaners - good luck finding one!!!I have stayed all over the world and have never left a review , good or bad!!Take this review it as you wish, but I don’t review because I want money back, I have done this review to stop you wasting your hard earned money ( 2.5k for 5 nights it has cost me) .Disappointed to say the least but lesson learnt… Hoteles Lopez, Director General at HL Miraflor Suites, responded to this review Dear P1261LYtonyc,thank you for taking the time to share your feedback regarding your recent stay with us.     Excellent week spent in a superior bungalow which was spotlessly clean & really spacious. Having a separate bedroom & living space was great.Food was a good quality & various and even when the themed evenings wasn't to our taste, there were still plenty of alternatives. Both the restaurant & bar staff were really helpful & nothing was too much trouble for them. Shout out to the entertainment team for keeping the people who wanted to join in entertained & for letting us enjoy chilling out by the pool. Big Shout out to Vivion who always stopped by to check in & have a chat with us.Would recommend this place to not only couples but family's & groups too.
