Location

This beach hotel is located close to countless shops, bars, restaurants and a nightclub. The complex is to be found at the heart of the lively tourist centre of the town within a few paces of the nearest public transport links. The beach and turquoise-blue sea lie just 200 m away and invite guests to while the day away.

Facility

Guests have a choice of 213 apartments located in an 8-storey main building and a 3-storey auxiliary building. The reception desk is open round the clock. Amenities include a baggage storage service and a safe. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. A lift and wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. Everyday necessities can be purchased at the supermarket. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional facilities include a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park. Further services and facilities include a 24-hour security service, a car hire service and a laundry service. The business centre is on hand for guests' business requirements and provides a photocopier.

Rooms

Air conditioning and central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Guests can enjoy the sea view from a balcony or terrace. Extra beds can be requested. A safe and a desk or, for an additional fee, a minibar are also available. For self-catering guests, there is a well-equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, mini fridge, tea/coffee station and oven. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio and WiFi (no extra charge) provide all the essentials for a comfortable holiday. Sport

A dip in the refreshing outdoor pool is not to be missed. Even on grey days, guests can always go for a swim in the indoor pool. Guests can treat themselves to refreshing drinks at the poolside snack bar and a relaxing soak in the hot tub. Sun loungers and parasols are available on the sun terrace. For guests who wish to keep active, cycling/mountain biking, archery and Nordic walking are available. With windsurfing, snorkelling, diving and aquafit available, fans of water sports will have plenty to choose from. The hotel offers numerous indoor sports, including a gym, table tennis, darts, yoga and aerobics or, for a fee, billiards. Various wellness options are available at the hotel, including a spa, a sauna, a steam bath, massage treatments, hydrotherapy treatments, thalassotherapy treatments and a solarium. Entertainment options and leisure facilities include an entertainment programme and live music.

Meals

Various dining options are available, including a restaurant, a café and a bar. Catering options include half board, full board and all-inclusive. All-inclusive holidaymakers enjoy special extras like snacks, in addition to a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. A delicious and varied buffet awaits guests at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Diet meals and gluten-free meals can be prepared on request. In addition, special catering options and picnics are available.

    HL Suite Playa del Ingles is a wonderful place, that provides excellent hospitality facilities. From spacious pools to comfortable sun beds, various food and drink choices, convenient location, warm atmosphere and cosy ambiance, it really ticks all the boxes. A separate praise goes to staff, who are hard working and so friendly. Always with a smile and at hand for any inquiry, they are an invaluable asset. I did aqua gym with Niki and found her very engaging, professional and dedicated. Thank you, Niki. We will be sad to leave in a few days but know that we will definitely be back.     Excellent hotel, amazing food, Nicki the entertainment lady is fantastic so friendly and kind and the entertainment quizzes and bingo were brilliant. All Staff receptionist and cleaners were so helpful and friendly. The food selection and quality is the best I've ever experienced. Everywhere is clean, pools are amazing and the wellness spa which is all included. I will 100% be coming back here for my next holiday. The beach is a few minutes walk and is beautiful.
