487 non-smoking rooms await guests at this resort, which includes a 24-hour reception desk. Wireless internet access (no extra charge) allows guests to stay connected while on holiday.     Great location, immaculately clean a d good value for money.Food at breakfast was great lots of variety but hot food was cold so had to use the microwave. On a few occasions the coffee machines ran out of milk if you cane to breakfast after 09.45. It should serve until 10.30 (11.00 on Sundays)Evening food was also cold and done if it very tasteless. We were allocated a table inside but asked to move outside as it was like a canteen. All in all we had a great holiday but my advice would be just to bed and breakfast as there are lots of fabulous restaurants to eat in.Also our room was very dark no sunlight at all. Pay the extra for a pool view

    As a couple we have visited this hotel many times. Lost count but certainly twelve plus. It has always been our favourite hotel in the canaries and we feel very much at home when we visit. I feel with our experience staying at the Playa we can maybe explain to people who are confused when reading reviews especially concerning food. Firstly let me say we like to stay in a junior suite which gives us access to the Blue Building for breakfast. While the food is no different from the main restaurant it starts your day in a very relaxed and sophisticated way. We also book half board as we find there is always something we can enjoy. However if you enjoy a relaxed dinner taking your time and enjoying one to one service half board will not be for you. There are so many local restaurants of excellent quality all within walking distance. When you look at the difference in price between bed and breakfast and half board you will find you are only paying 10 euros or so for your evening meal. At that level it is very good value.personally we always eat out a few times during our visits , usually when the evening entertainment looks poor in the hotel. We prefer to spend the extra that eating out would cost on our junior suite where we have the extra small room and a garden to relax in.Other complaints I see in reviews are the dated furnishings and bathrooms. I’m sure the management are considering this but the rooms are kept so clean and tidy this does not bother us. It shows the original product used was of the highest order. To have my own little quibble I hope the service in the lobby bar has improved since our last visit . Time spent waiting for a drink was not acceptable. Finally let me say charging extra to use the room safe is nothing short of a disgrace. These last to ponints could be sorted so easily so management please do so. rooms are kept so clean and tidy this does not bother us. It shows the quality of the of thproducused was of the highest order.     Our stay at Cordial Mogan Playa was genuinely unforgettable. The hotel feels like a botanical garden mixed with a luxury resort.The staff deserve special praise. Every single person we met was friendly, professional, and always smiling. From reception to housekeeping and restaurant staff, everyone made us feel welcome and cared for.The whole hotel is incredibly well maintained.The pool area is clean, peaceful, and surrounded by beautiful plants and flowers. The food was also very enjoyable, with a good variety every day. And finally, the cats! One of the most charming parts of the hotel. The friendly cats wandering peacefully around the gardens made the place feel even more unique and warm. They were clearly well cared for.     Ignore the negative reviews - Cordial Mogan Playa is OUTSTANDING!

    Reading these negative reviews about Cordial Mogan Playa makes me feel these reviewers have stayed in a different hotel! We are currently staying here and have nothing but praise for the hotel, the food, the staff, the service etc. We haven’t stayed here for a few years but it is exactly the same old world charm (yes, the bedrooms could do with an update but they are big and immaculately clean with working air conditioning) and the service is 10/10. We are here on HB and there is always something to eat in the buffets - it’s kept topped up and refreshed. Meat can be cooked to order, you just have to ask! Simply splendid!     Beautiful hotel in a beautiful resort.Amazing manicured gardens with hundreds of plants and trees, surrounding a large warm pool. Great food. Large rooms. Fantastic staff. Would highly recommend. And would return in a heartbeat. What a find. A real gem in a fabulous resort , which has a weekly bustling large market, boat trips to other resorts such as Puerto Rico, and the Love Island style Anfi ( full of beautiful people) and also dolphin watching trips . Amazing , thoroughly enjoyed the hitel and the resort itself.
