    Lovely hotel. Lovely time. Lots sunbeds. Food ok. Quiet. 5 mins walk to the beach. Rooms are dated but very spacious. Well be back great for a 2star

    I shall start with the good, Marcus the young guy on the front desk, very welcoming, service with a smile just as it should be, I’m afraid that’s where it ends! The two other persons behind the front desk need work on every aspect of being front of house. Dawn English lady extremely unpleasant, face like thunder and extremely hostile and that’s before you even speak to her, Julia the other lady, I guess she picks and chooses what mood she has for you. My room which I had paid extra for was ABYSMAL! Kitchen sink made a ‘glug glug’ sound all day and night, the shelf just about holding our tv up looked like it had been put up by a 5 yr old! The bathroom sink underneath was rusted and absolutely filthy!. This room was not even a 1* I complained to the ever so lovely dawn, to be told ‘I got what I paid for’ absolutely disgraceful attitude considering I’d paid a little extra, she also informed me that they have absolutely nothing to with Loveholidays and how they describe there rooms’ which I found VERY ODD! I have stayed at this hotel several times, but this experience was awful! Extremely disappointing and I have to say it’s the two ladies behind the front desk who have made it abundantly clear they have ZERO customer service in them. Won’t be staying again! Anyone thinking of booking POINT BLANK refuse the ‘studio apartments’ on level 1 all you will hear is CONSTANT trollies going by ur room at all times of day and night from kitchen to cleaners absolutely horrible experience and noise. Stayed 11 nights and had breakfast once and dinner once so il leave you too read into that how you will, this was my honest experience may 2026. 2/10 at best.

    Been visiting for years and as they say you get what you pay for however its 100 times better than what to expect for the price. Staff are amazing namely kay and jose in the restaurant and bar. There is always lots of food choice my fave being the stews. Meat always so tender. We had a refurbished room again and they are great. And over the years never had issues and infact it just keeps getting better qnd better and still not breaking the bank. Location is great the perfect base to explore the gorgeous island

    Nice room and close to beach. BUT there are Building works from 8.30am all day every day. Can t relax in bed or round the pool due to noise. Avoid if you are just wanting to relax
