Location

This comfortable hotel is located close to beach (approximately 200 m) and not far from the tourist and town centres. Public transport departs from stops located about 300 m away and the nearest shops lie 500 m away. A selection of restaurants and bars can easily be reached on foot (200 m away).

Facility

5 suites and 183 double rooms are located on 5 storeys and can be reached by lift. English- and German-speaking staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe and currency exchange service. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. There are a number of shops as well. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Further services include a 24-hour security service, a car hire service, medical assistance, a transfer service, room service, a laundry service, a hairdresser, a coin-operated laundry and a hotel shuttle bus. Active guests can make use of the bicycle hire service to explore the surrounding area.

Rooms

Air conditioning ensures that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Most units include a balcony with sea views, where guests can relax and linger a while. All rooms are carpeted and have a double bed or a king-size bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels and WiFi (no extra charge) provide all the essentials for a comfortable holiday. The outdoor pool complex provides invigorating refreshment. A hot tub invites guests to soothe their muscles, and a poolside snack bar will take care of any hungry bellies. Lunch is served as à la carte, and guests can choose between a buffet and a set menu for dinner. Special meals, including diet meals, are also available.     I don’t know how anyone can complain about this hotel. It’s absolutely beautiful. We have been lucky enough to have been to many hotels all over the world but this is absolutely the best. We were treat like VIPs from the moment we arrived. Taking our luggage to our room and a lovely welcoming from reception with a choice of welcome drink. We were wowed by the beauty of the hotel from the moment we walked in the hotel. Yes it’s dark but it’s classy and sophisticated. Our room is the nicest we’ve ever stayed in. The ‘sink and storage’ is not an issue. There is ample room to put your toiletries. The room is cleaned at least once a day and towels replaced. No issues getting sun beds. These are the comfiest we’ve experienced. All staff are amazing., friendly and can’t do enough for you. Breakfast is great. Good choice. Something for everyone., ( we stayed B&B) we booked the roof top one day on the condition you spend €30 per person. Well worth it as food, drinks and views are amazing. Location is great as you’re near to everything. My only recommendation would be to reduce the price of drinks as they are expensive and have a pool bar. Yes the waiter/waitress service is nice but we waited a long time trying to get drinks. A bar would have been nice. Wed would have spent more time in bar etc as it’s beautiful if drinks were more reasonably priced. Thank you for a beautiful stay 😎

    The Faro hotel was beyond my expectationsFrom the time of arrival the staff could not have been more helpful. The pool area is beautiful as is the whole hotel. Agustin at the front desk gave me great advice on places to visit etc . I lost my sunglasses and contacted them a week later when I had checked out and they had found the sunglasses and returned them to me. I would highly recommend this hotel for location and enjoyable stay.     This is an adult only hotel, this is a fantastic hotel and we cold not fault the service, food, drinks or value for money.We loved it and had a great time!3 points of recommendation, a water cooler for the gym would be good, relocate the massage room, away from lifts and gym area, as good as the massage was it was interrupted by noise, fix the tiles back into the pool floor.This would not stop me going again as everything was perfect to relax.The area outside of the hotel feels safe and there are some great places to eat and shop also.On the whole the best holiday for relaxing ever!!
