Location

A restaurant, the sea and the beach all lie close to this hotel. Public transport departs from stops located 50 m away, whilst the tourist/town centre with bars, clubs and shops lies 500 m from the hotel. Las Palmas de Gran Canaria is roughly 50 km from the hotel.

Facility

Guests have a choice of 65 apartments, 4 single rooms and 52 double rooms located in two 5-storey buildings with lifts. The friendly staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. Services and facilities include a baggage storage service, a safe, a car hire service, medical assistance and an alarm call service. Wireless internet access (no extra charge) is provided in public areas. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Cyclists can make use of the bicycle storage area and hire service (for a fee).

Rooms

The rooms of the hotel include air conditioning and a fan. Guests can enjoy the sea view from a balcony or terrace. All rooms are carpeted and include a double bed and a sofa bed. Separate bedrooms can be booked. Children's beds and extra beds can be requested for younger guests. A safe and a minibar are also available. A kitchenette with a refrigerator, a microwave and a tea/coffee station is also provided as standard. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a DVD player and WiFi (for a fee) are provided as well. A hairdryer and a telephone are available in the bathrooms, which are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. Wheelchair-friendly rooms can be booked. The hotel has non-smoking rooms and smoking rooms.

Sport

Guests can enjoy a refreshing swim in the outdoor pool area. A hot tub invites guests to soothe their muscles, and a poolside snack bar will take care of any hungry bellies. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. Guests can choose from a range of leisure activities, including cycling/mountain biking, aquafit, a gym, yoga, aerobics, a spa and massage treatments. Evening entertainment includes live music.

Meals

Dining facilities include a dining room, a breakfast room, a café and a bar. The non-smoking restaurant provides high chairs for children. Refreshing drinks at the beach bar are a perfect way to enjoy warm weather. Catering options include half board and all-inclusive. A generous breakfast buffet, lunch and a comprehensive dinner buffet offer plenty of delicious variety. The complex also offers snacks. The show cooking is a particularly special attraction. The complex offers a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

    Avoid this hotel I was staying on my own. I was at the pool. I was chatting to my mom on the phone. The lifeguard is giving me hand signals to be quieter. I was so upset. I should be able to have one phone call at the pool. I can understand if I was having a long conversation at pool but I wasn’t not. I asked to speak to a manager at receptionist no manager there until Sunday. I was there on Friday. If you want a relaxing holiday. Avoid this place!!! Never had any issue when I was on holidays before this hotel.     This is nowhere near 4 star quality. I haven't paid extra for Wi-Fi for years - and this was an all inclusive holiday - only free in the reception.There is no bar - its outside the hotel and combined with a sports bar, so not a relaxing atmosphere. If you want a drink in your room or by the (small) pool or lovely sun terrace you have to leave the hotel and bring it back in a plastic cup.The rooms were dated and 4 star basics not supplied i.e. no tea/coffee in the rooms or shampoo and cheap soap- just one pillow each. The gym was awful.On the plus side there was a good choice of food and staff were pleasant but I wouldn't stay again - a big disappointment.     Great location, very central for shops, restaurants, pubs galore! 2 min walk from STUNNING beach. Hotel is lovely, clean and good facilities. All inclusive options were great, loads of choice. Came here with 2 friends - we're all 50 (nearly) and not party animals and loved the vibe of this place. Highly recommend!     Nice location but room we was put in ,the air conditioning does not work so gave us a fan and down in like a basement ..

    We are there now which put down in a basement room which over looks a very small pool ,seems all the Germans get the best rooms from what I can see ..     Nice staying in November 2024. Me and my wife will return to Sahara Playa. The staff was serviceminded. They gratulated me with wine and chocolate on my birthday. Clean and nice room with see view.
